Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice staff, great breakfast. Restaurants and supermarket near by. A little far from the city center to walk more than once, but several scooters were available right in front of the hotel doors. Bus transfer from/to the airport (Flygbussarna airport coaches) stops at Norra Stationsgatan, which is pretty close to the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and both hot and cold options. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was a decent size and had a good shower and comfortable bed. Our room also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery. There is also a very good supermarket next door to the hotel which is open to 11pm. Although the hotel is further out from the city centre it is well served by the excellent public transport system. There is a bus stop close to the hotel and the metro is a 10 minute walk away.

Nothing, I thought the hotel was good value for money for staying in Stockholm.

Fantastic breakfast buffet (albeit sometimes crowded). Generally a nice design (although the bathroom was very wet after showers because it is not enclosed.). Less expensive than many other rooms that could accommodate a family. But honestly, the breakfast was the standout at this hotel and makes it worth a stay.

The family-sized rooms on booking.com heavily feature rooms with a partition in the middle of them. However, most of the family sized rooms at the hotel do not have the partition, and instead, are a somewhat smaller and less useful design for a family. They feature the rooms with the partition in (most of) the photos because they are objectively a better design, but it felt like a bait and switch when we got there and received one of the other rooms. They moved us though, which I really appreciated. Note that the hotel is located pretty far from the center of town. Not a problem if you are a walker or willing to take Uber or busses / metro. But worth knowing before you book a stay.

What a great find! The staff here are absolutely lovely, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We were very impressed with the delicious breakfast selection each morning. The location was also very convenient, with an easy walk to the metro and grocery stores nearby. We were very happy with our choice!

Just a few minor things to be aware of. We found the bed to be a little on the softer side for our personal preference. It would also be helpful to have a small fridge in the room. The shower has an open design, so the bathroom floor can get a little wet after use, but it was manageable.

Great place and value for money! Located in a quiet, residential area but very close to a metro station and other means of transport. The breakfast was varied and I appreciated that they served it until relatively late, especially during weekends. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. There's also a storage to leave luggage after checking-out, very convenient. Would gladly consider staying here the next time I'm in town.

All 3 of us remarked that the fridge was too loud. The noise would stop occasionally, but it wasn't pleasant. We could sleep at night despite this, but that's what definitely needs to change. Regarding the beds, the sofa bed was a bit bumpy (while the king bed was great) and personally, the pillows were a bit too high for me, but it is really a personal preference.

My friend and I had a twin room which worked perfectly for us. The beds were comfortable, the room and the bath were good sized, and the hanging space and hangers sufficient for our needs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and unfailingly cheerful; and ensured guests felt welcome and valued. The breakfast was perhaps the best part for me; it was outstanding with a wide variety of choices for types of breakfast fare, e.g. pastries; bagels and cream cheese; croissants; meats and cheeses; yogurt with various jams, jellies, or honey to add; crepes with a variety of fillings; fresh fruit; scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon; sautéed vegetables, and on and on. My next visit to Stockholm I will definitely stay here again.

There is no drawer space and only limited shelf space available if you want to unpack your clothes. There is a folding luggage rack for your suitcase to remain open and flat, and a second luggage rack can be requested..

Breakfast was great, with a good selection of hot and cold options - although did get quite busy so I'd recommend heading down early if you can. Food was replenished really quickly though so even if you do go for a later one, all the options are still there. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and a fairly decent size. It was pretty well connected too - 10 minute walk to a metro and not far from a bus stop.

The beds were a little on the soft side - fine for me but my friend struggled. The location is definitely further away from the action. This did make it cheaper, so from a value for money perspective it was good, but was less ideal when coming back after a full day/evening out as the journey from, e.g., the old town, definitely took a little while.

I love that the front desk greeted the guests in the morning when they are going down for breakfast. The heated floors in the bathroom were a real gift! I loved that i got to try some Swedish food during breakfast. The Sauna was one of my favourites although I only got to use it once because it was booked at times when I felt like I needed it. The staff was helpful and the cleaners were very polite. I loved the glögg that they served on Christmas day.

They could work on the variety of the breakfast. I stayed there for 16 days so I noticed that the selection was pretty much the same except for the köttbullar and sausages that they changed up every other day.

Excellent hotel from all points of view, I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Stockholm. Location: very good, 2 minutes walk from the bus and 5 minutes from the subway (Stockholm's urban network is widespread, fast and connects everything very well). It is located in a quiet and well-kept area, a short distance from the center and a stone's throw from a well-stocked supermarket. Room: clean, spacious, bright and above all very quiet, comfortable bed and parquet on the floor, I hate hotels with carpeted floors, for me it was perfect. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast: I travel a lot and I have to say that this hotel's breakfast is by far the best I've had over the years. An extraordinary variety of sweet and savoury, excellent food quality, and I finally found fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies, a healthy treat for those who, like me, don't drink coffee or milk

I liked that the room was very spacious. There was a kettle in the room which I used for boiling tea water a lot. Although my room was very close to the elevator I didn't experience any issues with the loud sounds apart from maybe one time but even then it was at about 22:30, and nothing afterwards. The air conditioner was working very mildly which was nice so the temperature was comfortable. There is an ICA store in the same building so I could buy some snacks. One could also buy some food there, they serve pizza and some other dishes. The hotel is very close to the other central streets, so one can find food or shopping opportunities close by. I wouldn't say that lobby is very convenient to work in, but as long as are still checked-in the table and the chair in the room are not bad.

The breakfast was very mediocre in terms of variety. At 7:00 there was always shortage of coffee: there was a sign 'coffee is brewing' on the pot all the time. Is it so expensive to buy a second pot so that one can be used while the coffee is brewing in the other one? There is no warm milk for the coffee, too, but I guess it is typical, only a few hotels offer it. But if you are searching for a good hotel with OK food, the breakfast meets this demand.
