Daniel, the staff is very friendly, so happy to talk.. the cleaning staff is also very friendly, asking questions with a smile.. the environment is very comfortable, the landscape is very well-organized, making the view in front of the motel very nice.

I'm not saying I don't like it, I just want to inform you that the room lights should be changed or repaired, one light is on, but the other light is not working. I hope this matter is repaired so that future guests will not criticize the room or this motel, but instead give very good feedback to attract more customers. Thank you.

The cleaning staff were the true stand out to us, the ladies made every day pleasant with their positive happy attitudes.

The only improvement i'd suggest is extra laundry facilities if possible, whilst its amazing having it onsite unfortunately only having one of each machine at $4 a piece and drying generally needing to go through twice. IF its in use which we tried to do so as much as possible it was a slight battle. However a small comment for an amazing place still

I didnt have the breakfast, however the beds were comfortable and the rooms did their job.

Internet provided was slow,used my own dongle. The male receptionist was a little short at first, because the lady doing rooms had to find him for us to check in and apparently this took her away from her job, as they were fully booked out. No one was in reception on arrival, pressed buzzer and called out several times. Eventually he came back to office. Said he was outback, I was tired and just wanted to check in.

The room had a tastefully recently renovated bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Thick curtains gave good night time blackout and sound absorption. The room is well furnished with lounge chairs, a breakfast table and chairs as well as a work desk and chair. The facilities were of a high standard especially considering the price compared to other businesses in the Tweed area.

The room fully met my needs.

The air-conditioner didn't work. I tried it a few times but ended up opening the window for fresh air. It wasn't safe there as there wasn't security screens and being a long weekend there were party goers until early hours. Then the early travelers left early. My stay could have been a little more relaxing if I could have had the window closed and the aircon on for safety and noise reasons. Oh and the shower was a little weird and had to be positioned properly or it fell down. The tiles had some mold. Honestly I've had it worse. But I do feel the worse room is left on booking.com so the bad reviews come from there mostly. Last in gets the worst room.

The lounge and 2 single lounge chairs are old, dated, dirty arm rests, worn and stained from sweat and age id say.., the single I sat in once I covered it with a blanket. The double sofa I couldn't use, the cushions sank low and the framework dug in the back of my legs..all was fine except the dated lounges and dated faded orange taffeta curtains. The place did what I needed..very comfortable clean bed..nice modern bathroom. Great price.

I had a bit of trouble with regulating the hot water in the shower. Also I had neighbours outside my door No17 smoking and talking too long. I would stay at your Motel again, but a smoke free room next time.

Its by the river maccas is a short walkway and if anyone knows the great australian movie murials wedding which is quiet funny & has a fantastic soundtrack it is shot around the area its porpose spit the chinese restaurant scenes were shot at the bowls club just up the road for example

i can’t think of anything to be honest

location was handy for us- easy to get to Coolangatta airport, we were a late arrival and early departure and the place was fully bookedwe had a room which was shielded from most of the traffic noise from what MAY be a busy road the motel is on. Solar power on the roofb helped us enjoy the aircon

Love where it’s located, close to shops and water, we always stay here when in Tweed Heads

Only that the bathroom sink was blocked up but the manager fixed it straight away, the fridge seals were broken and need fixing
