All of the staff from front of house through to maintenance were very friendly and helpful, great room with giant bathroom and a bathtub that was a bonus. Location was super central and easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was buffet style and had good options.

Good pool/spa facilities, but the security at the pool and sauna area needs attention as my key was taken by another guest. Staff were great when I reported this but it would be good to have a locker system or somewhere to put your things. A robe would also be helpful for moving from room to pool area.

The service staff appeared overwhelmed and struggled to manage the full capacity of the venue. They did not assist us in locating a table, leaving us to wander around uncertain whether tables were occupied or simply waiting to be cleared. Eventually, we found a table at the far end, but there was no cutlery provided. When I approached a staff member at the counter for assistance, she directed me to another staff member across the room. Despite my attempts to get their attention by raising my hand, they seemed oblivious to my presence. When I asked another staff member at the counter for help, she instructed me to inform the staff on the floor. Overall, the staff seemed flustered and unable to provide adequate service.

Fairly direct access from the airport and ease of drop-off at the front entrance. No issues with check-in and staff assisted as needed. Warm and comfortable room, good size and clean - quiet overall with very minimal interruptions. Small balcony with an opening door is a plus. Few facilities on site such as pool, restaurant and so on although we didn't investigate them. Usually I don't stay in the CBD on work trips due to travel, but had no problems getting in or out of town.

Very little one could fault - I have an issue with ventilation that can't be adjusted which here resulted in a steady breeze with noise through the room. And hotel aircons in general seem to be hobbled. The parking arrangements won't be up to everyone's liking but worked for us being in a work rental .

The room was wonderful. A great place to stay for my birthday weekend and spend some time together, exploring Adelaide. Large bathroom with a bath. Room was large and spacious. Airconditioning was excellent. Bed was very comfortable! I would suggest the pillow service as ours weren't great. The pool is lovely as is the sauna, with a small gym accessible also. Chromecast dropped out a bit, but we didn't really use it much as we were out exploring most of the time.

The foyer smelt awful, we established it may be due to the mens toilet opposite the entrance to the hotel? Unsure how to tackle this, it smelt like 💩 We only interacted with the desk service when checking in and there is a stark contrast between the friendliness when we book through Peppers vs booking.com. Interesting. Cleaning/ room service staff were lovely, always said hello and smiled which we appreciated. They did try to deliver a quilt to our room one morning (which we did not order) despite our "do not disturb" hanging on the door. You have to order more coffee pods...we found this odd, that they don't replenish them each day.

The breakfast was good but definitely needed more healthy options. Eg: I wouldve liked to see tomatoes, mushrooms, avocados, spinach available to accompany my eggs. There was none at all of that.

I had to keep confirming by ringing to make sure my son had a bed in the room. This was not clear in the booking confirmation sent by email. But everything was ok and the rollaway was indeed comfortable and not just a fold up but a solid base large bed which allowed a good sleep for a adult size teenager so thankyou. I did pay extra but the bed was large and met standard.

- 10 mins walk to city centre, buses and trams. - Large, very comfortable room with everything we needed. - A pool. - The warm welcome from the mature gentleman with glasses on reception made all the difference. The hotel is lucky to have a member of staff like him.

The restaurant lets the hotel down. We couldn't make up our minds if it was staff without the required skills or if they were inefficient all the time Visited twice, both times long waits and got our requests wrong twice. The 2nd time they also over charged us.

We love this Hotel! Staff that welcomed us at checking were so friendly and informative. Our room was a little weird... open plan, the bathroom in the same room as the bedroom. Personally we would prefer a separate room for a bathroom. The facilities are fantastic, pool etc. Buffet breakfast was good although not a huge selection and the restaurant had limited space. Staff were all very friendly 10/10 for customer service and very accommodating to all our needs. Location is excellent, very central to the city for entertainment and shopping. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.
