Everything was perfect, breakfast was fabulous, easy walking distance to the airport, and only slightly farther to the train station L. The breakfast area is cheerful and interesting, decorated with lots of paintings, antiques, and collectibles. The staff were very gracious and welcoming. I booked with only a convenient overnight stay in mind, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I will come back!
Nothing to dislike. Be aware that there are no cafes or restaurants in the immediate area, but you can get a bus into the city or walk to the train station to get a cab if you want to go farther.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Luca. The included breakfast had everything needed to get a quick start to the day. Cleaning was done daily without requesting. Close to the airport and Pisa Centrale, both can be reached by foot, about a 10 minute walk. The yard was very nice and provided the necessary respite after a long day of wandering.
The proximity to the airport and train station means that airplanes and trains are very audible, while ourselves don't have a problem with it, light sleepers will have a bad time. The wifi upstairs was very unreliable and didn't provide decent coverage or speed. The matress on the bed was too soft for our taste.

The airport is just few minutes from the B&B and very easy to find (but the B&B is surprisingly quiet despite the vicinity to the airport). The accommodation was the very large “barn style” room in the garden with even an outside private seating area. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed hanging around the common breakfast area with his books, paintings, car & bikes collections….and reading about the history of the place. Overall “Corte di Stelio” is an excellent place and very handy for catching early flights! Highly recommended!
On that morning, breakfast could have had a bit more choice of fresh fruits and savoury options but that’s the only thing I can say….everything else was very good indeed!

We had a late flight into Pisa Airport and needed a B&B for the night before picking up our hire car the next morning. The B&B was about a 12-minute walk from the airport and easy to find. The receptionist was very helpful and showed us to our spacious, air-conditioned room. Even though it was late, he kindly offered us a drink, and we enjoyed two beers in the garden at just €2.50 each — great value. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a self-service buffet, which was convenient and satisfying. Overall, it was a very good experience: the location is excellent (very close to the airport), the area felt safe, and it offered great value for money.

Superbly located for the airport early flight. Car parking was easy and secure. Beautiful garden. Lovely owner and staff who were welcoming and Simone clearly loves his work. Lovely place to sit out and partake of the wine offered in the honesty bar in the breakfast room. We found a pizzeria relatively close by that was recommended by a local girl. Next time we stay we will ask for a room with a window as it felt a bit claustrophobic in the room we were in. But it served its purpose. I loved the story of the history of the b and b and also the cherished and much loved collections of the owner. Thank you so much.

We had a most wonderful stay at this great b&b From the moment we arrived the owner/staff were so nice , kind and helpful to us giving us instructions for getting to city and airport, which is literally across the road. The host even had the bus tickets for sale to get to the city. We were a group of 6 old school friends doing a trip to chinque terre and this was our final night. We sat in the lovely garden that night and it was so nice to relax and not worry about getting to the airport for our early morning flight The breakfast room was so quaint and interesting and so full of everything we needed for self service breakfast and a fridge for a drink of wine / beer for our evening with a kitty to pay. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Nothing Just perfect!

What I really liked was the exceptionally friendly staff Stelio and Luca . We arrived early but nothing was a problem. They made us a drink in their lovely breakfast room ( which you can use on your own in the evening as long as you clean after yourselves) and after switching our room we were able to check in at around 10.30am. Luca then told us all about getting to Pisa old town; the 3+ bus literally stops outside the property so off we went. Later on our return we sat in their garden and had a glass of wine which we bought in town. We had a snack in their breakfast room and then went to bed in the most comfortable bed we slept in during our entire stay in Italy. The airport is literally an easy 5 minute walk away. After a 7.30am breakfast we left and when we go back to Pisa we will definitely be staying there again. A really nice touch was the honesty bar where you help yourself from a small fridge and leave the money in a dish. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. An oasis of calm under the busy airport skies. Don’t hesitate but book early because they said they are busy all season. Thanks Stelio and Luca so much.

The B&B is in an excellent location - the airport is just a 5 minutes walk, the town centre is 20 minutes away if you fancy the walk, or the bus stop outside has a bus that takes you right there, and it's every 10 minutes. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they told us all about how to move around the area and you can purchase bus tickets directly from reception. Breakfast was great and offered a lot of options, and the room was very clean and spacious. Although we were next door to the airport, we couldn't hear the planes at all and we slept very well.
Nothing, everything was great!

Great location. It was close enough to the airport to be able to walk to it. The bus stop outside was handy for getting in to the centre to see the sights of Pisa and there were a couple of eateries nearby for the evening. It had a very pleasant garden for sitting out and even had some children's toys. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had good air conditioning. It offers secure car parking near by. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was continental style and there was great variety of choice.

What a quirky B&B, run by Simione and supported by Lucas. A beautiful eclectic collection of curios in the dining/living room. (Including classic bikes and racers) On tap tea making facilities and selection of cold drinks to purchase. Beautiful wooden furniture- some of the pieces made by Simione.. The garden seating area was a lovely place to chill (barr the midges)… though the hosts had thoughtfully left a selection of insect repellents to help ourselves to. Very laid back hosts- my husband was captivated by Simione’s collection of classic cars…. The bus from the train station dropped us off right outside the property. And a few minutes walk to the airport when we left, what more could you ask for?
