The room was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the fragrance of the entire hotel was captivating.

I was excited that the property had a shuttle to drive us to dinners but we didn’t get to utilize it at all. We tried calling downstairs to request the car and we were put on hold so many times that we stopped trying. One time we called and they didn’t answer they just put us on hold. I was not particularly happy about that. I feel as if the hotel may be understaffed. We had to wait when we checked in to have someone assist us with our luggage and ended having the gentleman behind the counter take our luggage up to our room. His name was Sam I believe. He was extremely courteous and genuine. He definitely needs to be recognized as one of the most assertive employees that is on staff there. Valet and bellmen were extremely friendly as well.

Location was upscale and central in Buckhead, with close proximity to shopping mails, restaurants, and bars. The gym had adequate equipment, spacious and clean. The room actually looks better physically than on the website, and bed was super comfortable with quality bedsheets. And it was cleaned everyday. The look and feel of the hotel was luxury and modern. I will definitely stay here again any time I visit Atlanta.

I called the front desk a couple of times during the day and no answer. I had try again later but eventually got through.

I loved the sheer elegance and thoughtfulness of the place. Everything in the room was well done. For example, my wife mentioned that she’d never slept so well in a hotel because the bed was a high-quality one. The amenities for the guests (robes, slippers, tea, snacks) are all nice touches.

The only thing I didn’t like was tipping the valet digitally. I say that because it’s not clear if the person who gets your car is aware that you’ve tipped them already. Or if that person gets the tip. It’s awkward, because I never want anyone thinking I just didn’t tip them. Maybe that aspect can be modified a bit.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the location was great.

I was SO excited to finally try The nobu restaurant. Unfortunately, it was VERY commercial and overpriced. The drinks were okay, but the food was, meh, nothing special. Our server, who was very sweet but clearly new, did not know the menu. This really cheapened the experience we had been so excited for. When going to Nobu I expect an exceptional experience. The service and food were mediocre at best. The hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay again, but I would never eat at Nobu Atlanta again. Atlanta has SO many amazing restaurants to try, I would skip Nobu.

The location was great for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool area was nice.

For a five star hotel I wasn’t expecting our room to look run down - it looks like some of the furniture might need to be replaced soon. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best.

Free parking , smells great all thru the hotel , the restaurant attached , opposite a lovely mall and near Lenox mall. Fluffy slippers , straighners and a great hairdryer, lots of usb sockets in the room .

Biggest bug bear- NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR in the room - made comment at desk and she said lots of people say that- then why not put one. Dinner service was very very slow - not what u want when paying that much money for dinner

I love the security it provided. Especially the elevator only goes to the designated floor you are assigned to. I love the decor and comfort it provided.

Majority of the front desk was helpful with great hospitality except one lady. The breakfast was limited to certain selection. Due to the property is there approximately a year, many of the Uber drivers and Uber eats couldn’t locate the place.

Hotel was new and sparkling clean!

Staff were friendly but as a guest, we didn’t feel like they were eager to go out of their way to please. This was disappointing because we had stayed at several Nobu Hotels in Asia where service excellence was the norm. Bathroom amenities were not provided; we had to ask for them. That’s fine, since we understand the need to be cost-efficient. But we felt that the reception staff should have pre-advised us at check-in or they could’ve put up little notices in the rooms that all we had to do was ask for them.

Everything was amazing the staff was super helpful and breakfast was delicious.

While eating breakfast my spoon was dirty. It seems like the attendant might’ve accidentally brought me a spoon that was used or food must’ve spilled over. It wasn’t a big deal because I had another spoon but it’s the only issue I had during my stay.

My experience with the staff was exceptional. They were very informative and the cleaning crew was amazing! The room was much larger than expected and felt very homey.

When I first arrived, it was a little dusty and I felt the room could have been cleaned more carefully. The shower was amazing but when you open the door, the water by the door rushes out, in which you have to grab a towel quickly to stop the water from traveling outside the shower. Other than that, I have no complaints.
