The location is excellent, right in the middle of Bath. The manageress was super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. She brought round extra coffee pods as soon as we said there were not very many, and a bath unblocker five minutes after we mentioned it was draining slowly. The hot tub was brilliant - super clean and a lovely experience under the fairy lights. The kitchen was really well equipped and it was all very comfortable. It was really nice that it had some Christmas decorations up.

The wifi was OK but not fast enough to work from there if you needed to, and some of the light fittings etc were quite dusty although all the main cleaning was good. It's on three floors and you have to climb two flights to get to the lounge and kitchen area then another two for the bathroom and first set of bedrooms. That could perhaps be made a little bit clearer in the details as one of our group finds stairs very difficult. But we hadn't looked for disabled access places so it was fair enough for a very central three storey location.

Location was the best, right on top of everything - house was very cosy, lovely fire in the lounge and heating was on and place was warm. Hot Tub was a big feature for us and a lovely terrace to relax on. Surprised how warm it was for December - would be lovely in the summer.

Lots of history - Jane Austen needs to be looked into to make the place come alive. "Bath" if planned well can be the best place to visit and have fun times with like minded people - lots to do. Amazing restaurants !

The property itself was clean, spacious & modern, it was lovely & warm upon arrival & it stayed warm throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel owned by the same people was literally a 2 minute walk away & the staff were incredible, they couldn’t do enough for us. We would thoroughly recommend staying at this property & highly recommend the staff, it’s rare to encounter people who genuinely care that their guests enjoy their stay. We only stayed one night but we were treated like we were staying indefinitely, if you are hesitant to book then take my word for it go ahead & book & if you need any help whatsoever with anything just give the staff a call.

Key code fantastic for entry. Ideal location near to river, bridge, cafes etc,,, everything - couldn't fault this lovely apartment. Very spacious & furnishings were lovely.

The hot tub although lovely and warm only stayed on for 20 secs at a time then turned off for few minutes - think the programmer may have had a fault so we mentioned this after check out. It is very noisy around the apartment in terms of bottle bank noises, revellers etc . - the notice to keep quiet after 10pm made us laugh as there was so much surrounding noise disturbing us!

This was our 2nd stay at the house. We stayed in December 2023. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of Bath next to all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff at the Harrington hotel around the corner are on hand to deal with any questions or problems. The facilities at the property are excellent and the hot tub is an added bonus. We were a group of 6 ladies and we all had lovely comfy beds. We booked 2 restaurants and they were literally around the corner as was a Sainsbury so great to top up on Prosecco. I would highly recommend Trim street and would definitely stay again.

There isnt any parking so you have to use a pay and display a 10 minute walk away. If the weather is fine its OK but a bit more challenging if it's raining. You can drive to the apartment to drop off your luggage then move your car to the car park.

Location was perfect - right in the centre of everything. The property was spacious, modern and very clean. We loved the hot tub! Supply of toiletries, coffee and tea much appreciated.

You need to know that there are two flights of stairs between each floor as this could be problematic for some. You come in at the ground floor and there are two flights up to the living room and kitchen. Then another two floors up to the first two bedrooms and another two up to the top two bedrooms. We didn’t however find this difficult for our group!!!

Location!!!! Informative check in information. Prompt response by hosts. Well furnished and very spacious. Hot tub clean and wonderful end to the day of walking around all the main attractions nearby. Private terrace lovely area to sit in. Separate large and well appointed kitchen- door out to Open Terrace with hot tub and outside furniture for dining 8 people - under magical fairy light ‘ceiling’.

Careful if stairs are an issue - split over 3 levels. Noisy street side for two of the four bedrooms but not unusual for the location in a city centre.

got a key code before to let us in and then keys were in the property :) very central location which meant we could walk everywhere! lovely to have a hot tub and outdoor space to use! also helpful that the hosts allow you to put your luggage in the hotel nearby before after to give you more time to explore the city!

one of bathroom doors didn't lock which wasn't ideal! would have been good to have a sofa bed in lounge for sleeping more people :)

The kitchen and living room are much bigger than the photos! It was so spacious, everything was clean and the location couldn’t be better - right in the city. Staff communication was really good. Hot tub was loooovely and warm! Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed in one of the rooms.

Woken up early both mornings by glass bins being emptied. Also ran out of toilet roll so had to go and buy more from a store.

Perfect location. Staff at the Harrington Hotel really friendly and helpful. Although there was no parking and that was fine, directions to drop off bags and collect again at end of stay wound of been helped, especially with ladies that don’t travel light 😂

Sofas weren't overly comfortable and maybe not enough comfortable seating for amount of people but practical for the size of room. A room that also provided a lovely big dining table.
