Very peaceful rural location. Accommodation was first class, we had 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every room has air con. Lovely garden for each apartment with table and chairs outside. Really good 20m x 10m swimming pool which we used every day. Very family oriented. Very clean and spacious. Pablito was an amazing host and even took the time to have a few conversations with me in Italian…thanks so much for that Pablito.

The territory is like a beautiful garden with trees, shade, flowers, scents. The man at reception is the most wonderful host and his young assistant is very sincere and helpful

If you leave the windows open, you can wake up from the automatic grass watering system. If tou sleep well or use earplugs - not a problem at all. Bring your own wc paper.

Pablito and his team were very kind and helpful. Nice garden and outdoor kids playground. Good location to Florence and Siena. Have to check the address with Pablito before you come,DO NOT follow google map! Also you’d better check the availability of beds, as the description on booking.com is not like the real. WiFi was good to use in the room.

The location is excellent, the landscaping in the hotel area is lovely, the stay with a family that includes small children is very comfortable and pleasant.

The design of the apartment and the rooms is outdated, the maintenance and cleanliness and the equipment of the kitchen can be improved.

We loved the location, especially the swimming pool and the gardens. The resort is very near to the village, you can probably walk if you want but it was too hot to do so.

Not the resort's fault, but Google Maps shows you a route that goes via a country road that is actually closed to traffic. There is a very good road to reach the resort but Maps does not seem to know.

The location and the facilities and the upkeep of the gardens. It is a beautiful property. Beds were very comfortable! Also, the pool and deck area were great.

The rooms and curtains were a bit dark, and the sofas were not very comfortable.

The stunning property provided a peaceful atmosphere, catered well for children (e.g table tennis table, basketball, table football, trampoline, small football goals) and had a brilliant sized pool for the number of guests.

Pablito and his son are great hosts, both extremely helpful. Apartments are very well appointed each with own private garden..

Location is amazing if you want to explore the region (you need a car). The hotel itself is beatiful, peaceful, very welll maintained, great facilities as swiming pool area. Great value for money. Staff is very kind.

We got an apartment on the first floor. Not too convinient to use the garden area asigned to our appartment. Apparently via booking.com it is not possible to chose the appartment or floor. We were with an aged person, so at the end the movility was a little bit reduced. But even with this situation, I would come back to the hotel. Super recommended.

It was wonderful to use the swimming pool and sit in the lush gardens. The location is perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but very close to the village. There is a path where you can walk to the village and its a 5 min drive away. The prperty is well maintained and so peaceful!
