The hotel is delightful and all staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are relatively small as you'd expect for a city hotel, but they have all the amenities you'd want and we felt it was excellent value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was kitted out brilliantly. The bathroom was lovely and we appreciated all the toiletries.

Nothing that I can think of. We stayed there twice on our road trip as had such a great experience on the first visit. I'd definitely stay there again if I were to travel to Strasbourg again.

For those clients looking for a peaceful, quiet location for their hotel, the Boutique Hotel des XV is an excellent choice. You will not be a walking distance away from the center but that is not what customers of this hotel look for. Instead you are a short walking distance away from the Parc de l'Orangerie which is a beautiful way to regenerate some energies. Being in a quiet neighborhood has further advantages of not needing a long search for parking spaces, cars feel quite safe being stationed outside. Rooms are well arranged, very comfortable and very quiet, it comes from the fact most probably that the customers booking here generally seek likewise a quiet place too. Breakfast fulfills every common needs, I don't know if they can prepare warm food as well (eggs or bacon for instance), I did not ask myself, so I cannot comment on that.

Beautiful small place, but with style and special attention to the clients. Small but very delicious breakfast, flexible with early checkin, big bathroom, very light rooms, beautifully decorated. A bit like a small palace. Although located in residential area, bus to city centre is stopping in front of hotel, very convenient. Beautiful park nearby for walking, running. Water bottles replaced daily in the room.

Internet was completely down one day, but ir seemed to be something special and temporary. Not a big issue but would be nice to have small fridge in the room. Otherwise all perfect.

We had a lovely, well decorated room with a large adjoining balcony. The room wasn’t very big but it was very functional and comfortable. The hotel is an old mansion with a wonderful wooden staircase and stain glass windows. It is located in the consulate/embassy area of town which seems very residential. The breakfast room was bright and inviting. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when it came to helping us choose restaurants

Everything was great but be advised that the city of Strasbourg is about 15 minutes away by car. There are also buses that will take you into town.

Very clean, good breakfast, very good service, quiet.

I stayed in a room in the attic, The mirror in the bath was at an angle and it is difficult to shave, the shower and other corners in the room are also a hazard. You need a helmet so you don't get hurt in the head. The photo in booking don’t reflect the size of the room.

Marianne and the other ladies were lovely and professional. Always attentive and ready to help. The breakfast selection was small, but tasty. Rooms and hotel were impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet rooms were given upon our request. We didn’t hear a thing even though there were other guests at the hotel. Bathroom was spacious and had good lighting. Area where the hotel is located was safe, quiet and accessible via bus route to the old town. Note that we stayed during December (Christmas market visit).

Rooms were a bit smaller than expected and as our rooms were booked on the last floor, they had some titled wooden beams that took a while to navigate around. Closets were very narrow and couldn’t hang all my coats. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator and we had to take narrow stairs to our rooms (we didn’t mind) but felt bad for the staff for carrying the heavy luggage. It takes around 30 min to get to old town, so if you don’t mind investing that time, then this is the perfect hotel in Strasbourg.

A beautiful renovated building with a great atmosphere. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the park, and a bus station is right across the hotel. Staff is very pleasant, they were helping with all the additional request and instantly available.

Good size of the room, the decor, ambiance, great selection for breakfast

The only thing for light sleepers - the top floor room(s) are under the roof with what looks like original beams. They are creaking from time to time

No lift… : ( No options for breakfast, just a coffe adking fir a favour. I can’t understand you can’t hace a breakfast no buffet in a 4 stars hotel.
