The room was okay, and bed wasn’t too soft. The view from the room was beautiful.

The pillows were too soft. Not comfortable at all. It wasn’t possible to use the shower, because for the first 5min it was only cold water, and after that it was boiling water. If you keep the windows open (because the A/C wasn’t working and lack of ventilator) it was very loud in the room from the main street. Found a spider in our bathroom on the next day. Someone with a phobia wouldn’t be happy to have such a guest in their bathroom.

Everything you could expect is there, but this hotel adds a few things on top. First, the room is spacius and if you're lucky, you will get a corner which seems even bigger due to full height windows. Second, everything actually works - AC can be switched on and off and really adjusted, the internet has a decent speed and no odd restrictions on use of VPN, etc. Third, the breakfast features a wide selection and you really want to try all of the options - none is less than really good.

Parking could be a bit larger - latecomers have to struggle for a space. There is a bath with shower, but water is hard to contain within it - one ends up with a wet floor most of the time. Location is fine, but in order to get to city center one needs to walk for 20-30 mins or get on public transport. Location next to a busy 3-lane street is also worth considering if you are after perfect silence.

The receptionist was excelent

I did not had the problem because I asked the receptionist to please swap the rooms (and he was understandable and did it) :) , but if booking asks to choose the room a king bed or twin and I put king - it means I pay the money for the king bed ( to stay one nigh in a hotel is not cheep) so I expect to get what I wanted and payd. But I do have noticed that just to push togeather 2 twin beds is not the same… customers pay the money for one bed, not 2 pushed togeather. Also the balconies needs to be cleaned if you have one in the room. Wanted to go out for the view but it was so dirty that was not an option.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel in Riga and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was spotless, with an incredible view that really added to the charm of the stay. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I also appreciated the high-quality bath accessories and found the bed exceptionally comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. All in all, though, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for the cleanliness, amenities, and beautiful views.

One aspect that could be improved was the attitude of the staff. I would have liked to feel more welcomed by both the barmen and the reception team. A more polite and helpful approach would have made the experience perfect.

The hotel is very clean and it has a very good location - there are bus and tram stops close to the hotel. The breakfast is nice and the staff is very firendly. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. The girl at the reception (Yelizaveta) is very kind and helpful. Her English is really good and she has nice communicative skills. I can recommend that hotel to everyone who wants European standard.

The bed was super comfy, the view from 7th floor amazing, the room was clean with complentary water, coffee, tea. It was located in a perfect spot for us since we had to take a really early bus to the airport. The bus stop was a few steps away.

Ordered the breakfast to go, and I expected something else for 13€. There was a little bottle of water, an apple, a ham cheese sandwitch, a small youghurt and a muesli bar (which actually was the tastiest) Also had some technical issues with the air con machine, should have asked for help, i'm sure it would have been fixed.

Clean and very good location, friendly and helpful staff

There was an event on in restaurant, I went for dinner with my baby and as a child she was making a bit of noise, some of the people from event even said sushhh at one point. I just felt like if this needed to be a quiet event, this should her been booked in meeting room or something like that. However staff actually were very accommodating and looked after us well.

Friendly staff. Clean, well equipped room. Nice atmosphere. Great location, 15 minutes to centre by public transport. Airport is 30 minutes. Supermarkets with food court just 5 minutes walk. Perfect choice if you want to book a hotel deliberately a bit out of the city to have a retreat at the end of the day. We came by plane, but it is a good choice if you arrive by car.

I always return to Radisson hotels and I like this one because the staff are so nice and it is not full of party tourists as it is ten minutes from the city on tram. I was on 10th floor with balcony and amazing view of sunsets. Room is very comfortable and clean, housekeeping great. I chose to take breakfast some mornings, not every day.

Only downside is last year, I had Italian and French TV channels but they were in process of changing IT service so TV was very limited choice. I like to always have TV as a background, especially in colder weather.

Room nice and clean. We stayed in a standard room, so it wasn't very specious but big enough to fit 3 of us (one in sofa bed). Breakfast was very good, big selection of food, all looked fresh and was tasty. Gym - small but it is there in case you feel like doing some exercise.

Parking - it is extra, it is only 9 euros, if I remember right, but it would be a nice touch if that was included. The sofa bed was not made ready on our arrival, but staff got all we needed quickly. When booked I requested one room to have double bed, but when arrived we were advised they don't have that kind of rooms available anymore. Wasn't a big deal for us, but an option to upgrade seemed like a bit of making money out of us.
