Large, comfortable room (Junior Suite Panoramic) although not really a "suite". Enjoyed its private balcony, and the on-site pool (their brand new one opened the day before we arrived/did not have to go over to their sister Hotel Sovestro), and appreciated their pool drink service including to get snacks and sandwiches. At its sister Hotel the breakfast buffet was good, and their bar inside and outside area for afternoons and evenings was nice for drinks and including snacks and pizza available there. Loved the free shuttle service to/from San Gimignano. Their reception staff were especially friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs.

When checking in/out, a luggage cart would save any damage to the the wheels on luggage having to be rolled quite a distance across large stones. Especially with taxis and private drivers ((Uber) being so expensive - even for a 2-3 km ride to/from San Gimignano - the Hotel's shuttle service could be better if also at least one or two in the evening. Its sister restaurant (La Pode) on the property was a disappointment for dinner - should not be rated a Michelin Bib Gourmand including served food too fast (even when asked to wait) between courses), food presentation was not nice, pasta overcooked/not al dente, melon not ripe/no flavor +++.

A wonderful establishment all around. Beautiful panaromic views of the Tuscan countryside and glimpses of San Gimignano from a fair distance (teasing you really!). Our Spring stay coincided with nesting House Martins who sang beautifully in the mornings (if you're not a morning person, this might not be so great!) and are just awesome to watch. Breakfast was excellent as was the on site restaurant - we wish Lucia could feed us all the time! The gift of a Tenuta Sovestro bottle of wine was a really nice touch as all their wine is delicious. The pool was on the hotel site but never very busy, well equipped and very refreshing with a smaller more family oriented pool towards the rear of the hotel. The family feel is clear across both sites and you feel very much welcomed and taken care of across the whole venue.

Some nitpicking personal to us more than anything - would like to impress that the stay was excellent and we would highly recommend and intend to come again! 1. bedding was a little uncomfortable (too many sheets and blankets got a bit fiddle and tangled) 2. views of San Gimignano are just peeks of it from below rather than panaromic 3. some building work still going on at Tenuto Sovestro (we look forward to seeing it/using it again when it's all finished!)

The room was very modern, nicely furnished and clean. The location is really good, just a 10min ride/30min walk to San Gimignano centre and it has beautiful nature and views all around. The staff was very kind. The bed was super comfy.

The water has a lot of chlorine in it so beware if you have sensitive skin - I was very itchy the whole time there. Breakfast was pretty nice but we would love to have some fresh vegetables to go with the savoury options. I also didn't like the fact that the window could only be wide open or shut, there was no option to leave them open half way (I don't know what's the english word for it but we say to leave the window open "on scissors") so the room could get some fresh air.

Beautiful modern room with wonderful view of the vineyard. The welcoming of the staff (Carla) was excellent with a tour of the facilities. This hotel is driven by a wonderful Italian family. The facilities are just excellent and location is great for visiting San Gimignano. You can actually choose the free shuttle transport by the hotel or walk to San Gimignano. Excellent breakfast and dinner in wonderful facilities with great tuscan view. Relaxing pool area and good vine. We stayed there for four nights and had a lovely stay. We did also get great recommendations for other restaurants in the area by the hotel staff.

We fell in love with this place. The staff, we loved the fact that this is a family business, the room was super great and modern even though that we stay in a village close to San Gimignano. The breakfast choices had a high variety, and everything tasted fresh. Swimming pool was clean and not too crowded. We had a chance to ate in a restaurant as well and the dishes was highly exceptional. We could easily spent a week there and be a part of this amazing place 'community' that the family work so hard over the years.

In the parking space no shade for cars, that can be something that might be useful as and improvement for future.

Beautiful place. Nice design, comfortable room with most necessary appliances. Bathroom was good too. Great access to San gimignano - with the transport provided. And from the balony you can see the towers of the town. Sunset is unforgettable. Nice pools but on the another lot across the road at the hotel sovestro area. Very helpful and accomodating staff, even with unusual requests. We are thankful for making this stay as romantic as possible. .

Maybe a tiny bit too cramped, it would be nice to have some place for clothes - the only one open half-wadrobe might be good for like 2 night but with longer time spent here it gets harder. Pools on the another lot - at the hotel on the other side of the road. The same with breakfast. I feel it could be more clear in the room description. Shortage of scrambled eggs at the breakfast, every day. Come on, thats unacceptable. A lot of people resigned from waiting. Lack of the tea and coffee in the room. No electrical kettle. Come on, seriously?

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was of excellent quality with a wide variety of fresh options. The rooms were stylish, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a wonderful time relaxing around the pool — it was clean, well-kept, and a great spot to unwind. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The location is fantastic. Care has been taken to present this family run hotel with typical Tuscan features but also boasting all the comforts and luxury that make a stay enjoyable. It is set in parklike, peaceful gardens, the pools are a feature, it is surrounded by magnificent views and is within walking distance of San Gimignano. The breakfast is sumptuous. All members of the hotel team were extremely friendly and helpful. This was a return visit and we look forward to more.

The place was super clean and new which was great, finished to a really high standard with air con, fridge and safe in the room. The pool and breakfast were great too just over the other side of the road at the hotel. All the staff were really helpful and they also ran a shuttle bus into the town 4 times a day free of charge. We walked in which was a lovely walk just warm and uphill so doable on the right day (it took about 25 minutes). We tended to get the shuttle in and walk back. The views from the accommodation were lovely, looking over the fields and vineyards. You can purchase wine, oil etc on site too. Couldn't rave about this place enough, I would fully recommend it, we had such a lovely time.

Nothing - couldn't fault it at all. We were so happy we picked here to stay.

The property is set in the picturesque Tuscan countryside two minutes away from San Gimignano Centro by car. Our room was quite cozy and spotless with a terrace. It also has a very good restaurant. The breakfast with abundant with typical Tuscan products and fresh orange juice. The staff are all very courteous and attentive.
