The room was big, clean, with great AC. There was an ironing machine and also a hair dryer. The breakfast was amazing and huge, from fruits to salads and everything you would need. Paid underground parking with 20€ per 24h.

The staff was strange at the check-in, the guy with the curly hair acted superior, like he was giving me the room for free and warned us that there is a big fine if we "destroy" the room and asked for my credit card information to be written on a paper. This was unnecessary. Also, in the 3 days I stayed there, the room was not cleaned even once, we were left without toilet paper and shower gels from the first night.

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also okay. I liked that there were toiletries. But the best thing was the breakfast! Awesome variety of food, fruits and drinks (you could add only honey at the station with the tea).

The carpet was worn out, old and dirty. There were stains everywhere. It would’ve been much better if the floor was wooden or tiled even. The curtains were also old and a little upgrade in floor and curtains would increase the value a lot!

Absolutely everything was amazing. Room was clean and beautiful, the staff were very helpful, dining room and breakfast were tasty. I would definitely book here again with somebody. I slept very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

For me as a solo traveler relying on public transport, getting into the city centre was quite cumbersome. It involved a 10 minute walk to a tram station and getting the S-Bahn, which is fine in daytime but when it got dark I wasn't the most ideal walk for me. Very much a personal, situational thing for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many options. Bar open until 23:00. The check-in was quick and straightforward.

No hairdryer in the room. The staff at check-in offered garage rental and claimed there would be no free parking options potentially available in the vicinity. In reality, parking in Vienna is free on weekend.

Location of hotel good, but not so good with traffic conection to the city center- if You want to use public transport , its complicate to catch bus plus 2 undergroung linie

It was okay overall i only stayed for 1 night. The room was big, compared to a HolidayInn or a Novotel.

the 20€/day charging for car parking. The bathroom cleaness was not the best. It looked fine for 1 glance but the toilet looked like it was never cleaned under the rim.

The hotel is located in a quiet and non-crowded area, with a nearby bus station and a tramway station just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was wonderful and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist with any reasonable requests. We especially loved the comfortable bed and pillows – we slept very well. Having a bathrobe and slippers available was a big plus for us.

One minor detail we noticed was that the shower glass wasn’t perfectly sealed in one corner, which caused some water to leak onto the bathroom floor during showers.

The room was as expected and it was comfortable. It was great that we can enjoy the sauna after a long day of strolling around the city. The beds are comfy however it would be nice if the comforters were wider than the bed.

It would be nice if we would also get a new bottle of water upon room clean request. It would also be better if there are written rules for the sauna, some guests are not aware of basic rules such as jewelleries shouldn’t be worn inside and slippers are supposed to be left outside the sauna.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere along with all the essential facilities. In the morning, the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a generous selection that included fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, cereals, and a variety of beverages to suit different tastes.

The air conditioning was not effective enough—despite setting it to 17 degrees, the room remained a bit warm, which affected the comfort level, especially at night. Also, when we requested additional drinking water on the second day, the staff informed us that water was only provided once, which was a bit disappointing

The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly even with the keycard out. The fridge is large enough and you also have a kettle. The room cleaners work until 5pm so there is no problem if you wake up late. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds made the room completely dark. The breakfast was very varied and also had very healthy options. The bar is open at night and has many drinks to choose from. The staff at the reception was very nice and respectful. The underground parking had many parking spots and it accomodated my larger vehicle (Bmw X5 E70). The stay was perfect and we are looking forward to coming back next year :)

The parking ticket machine at the parking entrance had a pretty annoying guardrail that prevented you from getting close to it and pressing the button.
