Great safe location. Accommodation with character. Nice pool area. Comfortable beds and clean rooms with good air con. Well equipped kitchen to prep simple meals. Friendly staff.

A guest washing machine and dryer would be helpful. As would a small directory for nearest recommended laundromat (Suds dem Suds), grocery store (Rouses), pharmacy (Walgreens) and how to buy an RTA card (electronic online). Yes you can figure this stuff out using Google but when you're visiting from overseas or even out of state, it's easier to have local guidance than spend ages trawling on your phone. Also, please consider introducing basic recycling for guests.

Our little flat had plenty of room and an adequate kitchen (helpful for restricted diets. We were impressed with the peace and quiet, and loved the feeling of safety that the 24-7 lobby staff provided. The walk-in closet was a bonus.

As a person with allergies to scents and perfume, the sheets and towels were a detraction. (Held my breath to use the towels, covered the pillow and sheet tops with unscented personal items.) There were a few small issues in the kitchen: microwave facing peeling off, super basic cooking supplies. No place to hang up towels, no hooks even on the back of the door. The front door lock seemed tenuous.

The room we had was spacious. Everything worked. Nice kitchen and lounge area. The pool was great, especially after those hot days exploring town. The coffee machine was great and it was nice to have complimentary good coffee rather than the slow-brew that so many diners offer.

Most of the staff were excellent/happy/helpful, while others we're a little unexpected for such a lovely place. No laundry service. No room cleaning. Occasionally some noise from the street (but we were only 1 street back from Bourbon St, so it's to be expected)

Amazing location - 2 blocks away from bourbon st where all the action is, but you get to sleep in peace and quiet! Everything was clean and the wooden furniture & floors are very pleasant. Room has a safe, tvs and a fully furnished kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, utensils pots & pans) - very useful. There were plenty towels, some shampoo and body wash, board & iron, even a hair dryer. There's complementary coffee & tea at the lobby, staff is super friendly and nice. There's also a pool which we didn't use because we were busy touring the city, but it was clean and nice and there...

Well appointed, interesting property. Importantly, the air conditioner works very well. We had a huge King Suite. The property is charming and it had an apartment feel. Staff was great about restaurant recommendations and set up a nice driver for our return to the airport. The location is really convenient (2 blocks off Burbon) and it’s relatively quiet. East walk to drug and grocery stores, our tour, and many wonderful restaurants. The Quarter is so compact and there is a nearby trolley station to get to the Garden District. We did not need a car, though we did skip seeing the larger cemeteries.

We would have preferred blackout curtains in the bedroom. If one person is sleeping, it’s hard for the other to be quiet due to squeaky doors, cabinets, and sticky interior doors..

Staff was so awesome. So helpful and accommodating. The room suite was perfect for a 5 night stay, made our 35th anniversary that much better. Perfect location, no car was needed. I can't say enough good things about this place! We plan to go back to NOLA as we ran out of time to see and do everything we wanted to. And will be staying here if at all possible!

It isn't very well marked on the outside. So we had a couple deliveries and they delivered to the hotel next door

Grenoble House gets a 10/10 for location. It is an oasis in the heart of the French Quarter, within walking distance to all of the attractions in the Quarter yet is quiet and peaceful. Coming home to the swimming pool and quiet courtyard after a busy day was wonderful. The complementary cold, bottled water and good coffee in reception is a nice touch.

The rooms are not serviced, and our suite was not equipped with a toilet brush or broom.

It was a historic and beautiful location. It was so lovely to have your own kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. It made it very easy to cook and relax in the room without having to lay on a hotel bed. A very good value for the money. Also the location was amazing one block off of bourbon street, however so quiet you would never know it. And

cannot think of anything I didn't like. Parking of course was an additional fee but that's everywhere in New Orleans that's not anything against the hotel. There is no real street parking so pretty much anywhere you go within the French Quarter you are going to have to pay a separate parking fee.

Excellent location one block from Bourbon st and walkable to all the sights but it’s an island of quiet in a building full of history.

Not much to say here — we really loved the place. One thing to flag — the unit we were in was #306 — a lovely 2 bed townhouse — it was up two flights of winding stairs. This could be an issue for some guests and could have been better advertised at the time of booking. It’s a historic building with no elevators.

I was initially put on a room on the first floor and I did not like that room. Old and stuff was broken, for instance the bed post was broken and part of it was in the closet. Bathroom had cracks and holes in the ceiling and musty smell. I called the front desk next morning and ask to be put in another room and they upgraded me to a better room. Much better. It was 2 floors and lots of windows etc.

The initial room I was put in was old, musty and broken furniture and cracks in the ceiling of the bathroom. If they did not change the room I would have left and changed hotels.
