The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important for us as tourists. Having on-site parking was also a big plus, as we relied on it heavily during our visit.

The only downside was the air conditioning in our room. The AC controller wasn’t working, so we had to contact the reception every time we wanted to turn it on or off. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted our comfort, especially at night.

The location was great. The breakfast was excellent. The property was very nice and staff was excellent. I believe we got one of their worst rooms and that really took from the experience. The bathroom in our room smelled terrible. It was super clean but the drain combined with the ventilation caused bad smell. Also, one of the windows in our room was not closing properly so noise from the street was unnecessarily disturbing. The windows were moderns so if it had closed properly the soundproofing would had been ok. So, given the issues with the room the price was not good value and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. But other than those specific issues it was a very nice place. Just don't accept room 105.

very centrally located, perfect if coming by car as it has private parking and in the historic centre of Bologna. Staff is very friendly, rooms well decorated and spacious.

it's noisy. Obviously, having a room on the internal court would have been better, but it is not always possible and currently there are construction works going on in Via Indipendenza (which is one of the busiest streets) so even with the window closed one can hear noise. It's not horrible but it's noisy. Also, given the location and the architecture of the building, there is only one window and somehow it feels dark.

Central location, lovely design, excellent customer service, very comfortable beds. I had requested a quiet room, and unfortunately we were woken up at 6.30am on the first morning due to noise from staff handling trolleys outside our bedroom door, but the duty manager at breakfast was very professional and offered to change our room. We were upgraded to a suite. The hotel's location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the historic centre and 10 minutes away from the station. I would definitely recommend this hotel - we stayed for 3 nights.

Water pressure in the shower was not great, but this was a minor issue.

Location is very central, great walking distance to all the Bologna sites! The hotel is extremely clean, great amenities and restaurant attached! The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Our room had a gorgeous balcony that opened up to the Main Street - was very charming. The air conditioning works, however we did still find it warm in the room. the wonderful man at reception bought up a standing fan to our room which we really appreciated.

Beautiful hotel albeit fairly expensive with parking right on site . It was still a fair walk into the centre but normally in a good area. Breakfast was excellent

The main road outside is being rebuilt for a tramline. I was woken by machinery moving in about 4.15am. I had asked for a quiet room but maybe a room at the back wasn’t available. I purchased decent silicone ear plugs for our second night and didn’t have a problem. I would have liked to have slept with the window open because the aircon was drying but it was just too noisy on the main street

The staff were very friendly at reception and the service was good everywhere we went including the cafe and the osteria. The food was very good in both places as well as the breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a lovely frescoed ceiling but no paintings or other decorations on the walls which made it feel a bit sparse. But that’s just my opinion. It is very close to the railway station and not far from the centre of town. It rained the whole time we were there so I did a quick sketch of the interesting view from our room one afternoon. Overall very good.

The property was fantastic, amazing space and so much going for it with a cafe, a couple of restaurants/bar. The room itself was a family room and was very spacious and very comfortable for us. The staff particularly the gentleman that checked us in were exceptional, after checking us in he went to a big effort to help us with dinner plans, calling a restaurant to see if they can get us a table, and with this not being possible recommending a restaurant close by which was very good. Additionally, they gave my son a little teddy bear and activity books/games, which was a really nice touch.

The Hotel location was great, not far, walking distance, from the main sites to visit. The room nice decorated and haved a nice big terrace giving on the park behind the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful

we booked this hotel cause it was mentioned on booking FREE PARKING AVAILABLE wish was not the case. The parking is billed 24 euros/ night and for me it wasn't that secure. Open air slots with one of the doors always open wish seems not that secure as some people where crossing the parking and taking the stairs to go to the park behind. Most of the time there's a security guy next to the parking entrance
