Exactly what we needed, perfect for a family with a 6 mo baby.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and cozy linens. The hotel facilities include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations. The breakfast included a variety of fresh fruit and vegetable, perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon The coffee was also excellent, with a bold flavor and a smooth finish. The service was prompt and friendly, making for an enjoyable overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Excelente food and ambiance. Service was great . Very child friendly , clean and cosy place. We and our 3 year old child felt very good here and want to thank the hosts for having us.

The hotel was very clean ,cozy , with a good interior design and a tasty breakfast every morning.The staff (family members) are very polite, helpful and nice. They gave us directions to everything that we were looking for and even exchanged euro to lev when we need it desperately. They make us feel very welcome and were there to help us every time. 10/10 recommended Also the cleaning lady tied up the whole room,the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was awesome ! THANKS TO THEM❤️they were there all the time….

Very nice and clean hotel, with beautiful rooms. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and dinner, that can be taken in the hotels own restaurant was very delicious and worth the price. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

It was clean and good looking

We have liked everything! The food is more than delicious! The staff is super cool and cooperative, supportive! Each day one lady came to clean our room when waa comfortable for us, our room was exactly as it was describe, with everything needed in! We ll back with pleasure, highly recommended!

All this review is about a 3 star hotel. If I had paid more rating could fall. My experience with my family was outstanding. I had got what I expected. Location was amazing, breakfast was perfect.

Maybe mattresses could be a little more comfortable but it wasn't an issue for us.

A cossy family hotel. The owners were very helpful. The breakfast is great. Location is not far from the main center (7min walk to the gondola). Very good value for money

The rooms are a bit small, but still, for us it was adequate.

The room was very clean and kept it that way for all 8 days . Everything worked properly. The guest was very nice to us . Breakfast was generous and very yummy.
