I loved the window shatters and very fast wifi (like super-fast for a hotel). Position right next to Piazza Oberdan. Small food corner and filtered water dispenser near the reception.

What I didn't enjoy was the emergency light and bright blue panel for AC, both positioned over bed so that they shine like crazy right to your face. Totally unhealthy and ridiculous - ruins your sleep. I ended up throwing a towel over the first and taping with black tape the other. I would have appreciated some warm options for the breakfast - sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs... that sort of thing.

Good location, close to bus and train station, and not far from the Canal area where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, continental breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t figure out how to use the overhead shower - we tried moving, pushing, and pulling the handle every possible way - if we were staying more than one night we would have asked for someone to come and show us, but the slim hand held one was quite good. The room was very warm - the air conditioning is centrally controlled and although we asked for it to be lowered to the coldest setting possible, it was still uncomfortably warm during the night - we had no option but to keep window open, but the noise outside was quite loud at times - bins being collected, party goers heading home, and on the night we stayed, a gale force wind. Despite this, we managed to get a reasonable sleep and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location and very nice staff. Very clean. All of them were really gentle and helpful at all times of the day. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. A nice area for children to relax and have some playtime. Well done and a really wonderful short stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent - within walking distance to the train and bus stations and the main shopping restaurant area. Also not far from some cruise terminals - unfortunately we had to take a shuttle into town as the G7 meant the regular terminal could not be used. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived very early having disembarked from a cruise and we were able to access our room early as well. we were offered refreshments on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable - much larger than we expected and the breakfast in the morning is excellent. Great value for money.

Location is very nice. Hotel room was large, clean, newer furniture. We got room for disabled people, so bathroom was equipped for them. Polite and helpful man in restaurant/dinning room. Polite receptionist which explained us where to park. Breakfast is basic but sufficient, coffee from coffee machine is extraordinary.

Small restaurant/ dinning room . Parking in "silos" is scary to drive in first time... Reception and entrance lobby are outdated.

The breakfast beat anything I have experienced in 60 + years of using hotels. Lots of great surprises and the staff at the breakfast were outstanding - pleasant, conscientious, creative. Front desk staff, were very helpful - I must especially compliment the late evening gentleman - saved us from electrical problem. Love the amaretto biscotti in the entry.

Lots of noise outside in the late evening/early morning. Smoke came up into windows some times.

Good location, clean , good customer service, good food , excellent people who are taking care for customers, helping you till the end . Specially Mr.Bardhi , Mr.B , a young lady who are making your day with the best service, taking care till your last minute , packing your breakfast too , excellent management ✅

The room is spacious and clean. The location is within walking distance to the train station and bus station. I need to do laundry, the hotel did not have this service during my stay, but the staff hotel offered to wash my clothes with the hotel washing machine. So kind and generous.

We loved the position, the cleanliness and the staff’s kindness and commitment. We felt warmly welcomed and had a brilliant stay. The personnel is always smily and helpful. At the entrance they always provide fresh water, hot tea and sweets.

Everything perfect
