Loved the location, walking distance to everything! The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the sitting area inside and outside with the fires. The kids loved the pool also!

I thought i read on the website that all rooms had a balcony or patio, we didnt get either. Also, we had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the jets on oir jacuzzi to work. They said the button panel on the wall by the bathroom controlled it, nope..we finally figured out those buttons controlled our window shade! The buttons on the wall by our TV controlled the Jacuzzi jets! They really should label their button pads so guests know what operates what. That is why i gave my review a 9. Overall it was a decent stay.

Parking was tight at times. But the back lot usually had some open spaces.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was great. I also loved the hot tub, great idea to put it outside and away from the pool to separate the two areas.

Breakfast is so expensive, especially when almost all other hotels offer a complimentary breakfast. The bar was very expensive, we got charged a double for a cocktail, which, as a seasoned bartender, I've never seen it priced that way as a literal double cost and I've never paid close to that much for that cocktail before, especially with the ingredients not being the exact ones that should be used.

Spacious and comfortable 2 queen w/junior suite , loved the balcony. free parking, Nice to be so close to Smokey Mt. National Park. Also the outdoor hot tub was a very pleasant and relaxing water temperature. Majority of staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Young lady at evening check in seemed inexperienced but was scheduled by herself and said she had noone to call , to answer my question. Check out bill was incorrect and even though the agent fixed it quickly, the overcharge still temporarily showed up in my bank account.

Easy access from the elevator to the parking area to load and unload luggage.

Did not make up the room one day. We took the “do not disturb” sign off the door around 11am when we were on the way out. When we got back around 6pm, the room was not cleaned. Called the front desk and they told us to come downstairs to get the paper cups that we needed. Told us to tell the day shift tomorrow that we wanted our room cleaned. Told us by telling the night shift personnel would do any good. We had to tell the day shift personnel.

Included breakfast package is awesome, van do buffet or made to order!! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Balcony is a nice touch. Nice to have a hotel with bar &/or dinner as an option (not just breakfast).

Real nice stay but little things: New parking fee of extra $15/night was a disappointing surprise. Wish pool was outside, indoor pool is quite cold. Jacuzzi is real nice outside but needs stronger jets - most are quite faint except 1. Hope the outdoor fireplace gets fixed soon.

The staff at the breakfast that sits the guests, waiters were ok, but the hostess it was a really rude guy. Also, the hotel it’s really pricy for what it is and what it offers regarding the installations.

There was a mix up with our breakfast being included! The manager Saturday and Sunday 4/12/-4/13 didn’t seem to care had horrible customer service skills and offered no help or consideration! We just paid for our breakfast which is fine but the inability to even show any consideration to the issue or try to help find a solution was concerning! I have never came across a manager that didn’t try to help find out what happened or what the issue was. It was oh sorry nothing I can do!

The location was was perfect! It had a nice creek across the street and somewhat scenic. It was located a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The staff was on their personal phones a lot and talking amongst themselves about personal things while guests were standing there waiting to check in or out. The room was not cleaned well, as there was trash left in a corner of the bathroom, the shampoo and body soap bottles in the shower were completely empty.
