The hosts were very friendly and helpful, happy to make recommendations for sightseeing and eating out, quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was exceptionally clean and specious. The little welcome basket of condiments and jams was a lovely touch. The views onto the pool and lake were breathtaking. The locals were also friendly. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and supermarkets within a 20 minute walk.

The mattress in the master bedroom was hard (personal opinion) and there was a small green (security) light constantly on. Noises from the surrounding streets (scooters and dogs barking through the night). The church bells at 7am are hard to ignore.

The size of the apartment was very generous and the views were absolutely stunning. The pool area was immaculate and very well tended to. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

We loved everything except the dogs barking early in the morning, but our own dog does that at home so can't complain really!

We absolutely loved this place. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely pool and stunning view from our balcony. Very friendly hosts. The apartment had everyting you need for preparing meals and a good place to sit and eat. I highly recommend this place. We had a car to take us there but i guess that if you come by foot you will have a challangeing walk uphills. Wifi worked exellent.

The beds and pillows where a litte to hard for my taste.

Very organized and highly responsive hosts. Stunning view of the lake with the sunrise from the bedrooms. One member of our group took a dip in the pool and loved it!Spacious rooms and clean. There is a nice bakery nearby.

No elevators - so challenging to bring up our luggage Up and down hilly terrain - but very doable.

Stunning view from the room & swimming pool. Small scale residence run by a very friendly family. The host gives you suggestions to visit the region. Excellent service for laundry refresh. Well situated to visit the beautiful lake Como ( Villa Charlotta - Bellagio - Mennagio - Milano - Como - Greenway walking trail - Villa Balbaniello - rent a boat ... ) Plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We were in the annex appartment. The appartment is clean - plenty of space - but could use a refresh (furniture/beds). No airco ( better for the climat - but hot ). There is always the fresh swimming pool/garden to cool down and the beautiful Como region. Overall we had a very good holiday

The space in the unit was nice to have. Clean . The pool facilities and grounds are perfect. We only were there for a couple of days, so we were not able to enjoy residence as we should have.. lots of information and very happy to assist you at the reception area, opened daily in the morning.Paeking which is key. Parking in front of the building was great for us, as my partner's has had a few hip surgeries and it made it easy. We had the top floor room, which i didn't know when i booked. So we were pretty shocked when we had to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs. 😂 But we made it every time and were pretty proud of ourselves. I would recommend a room on the lower floors as they have a balcony and you can sit out and the views are better. I say this as the windows on the top floor are not at floor level so when looking out you had to be sitting in a chair to see the entire lake. So no balcony on this room or floor. I would recommend it for long stays as i said we were unable to enjoy the pool and grounds. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful room and squeaky clean! Everything was immaculate in the room and we appreciated the basket of essentials- oil, salt, pepper, jam, instant coffee, etc. as well as a bottle of water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed having a fan to keep us cool at night. Loved to walk around the surrounding towns. The family was really helpful with suggestions on hiring our own boat to explore the lake.

The pool was pretty cool in early Sept. but kids were still swimming in it. Keep in mind the hotel is on a hill so while you can walk very easily to Lenno, it is a strenuous walk back uphill.

We enjoyed our stay in the very nice 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony that has a gorgeous lake view. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped. The 2 bedroom apartment does not have air conditioning but there were 2 fans that made it comfortable. Great location along Lake Como.

Fantastic, peaceful view. Big room, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet area but right on the Greenway path. Very friendly staff.

Steep slippery driveway

Very nice view to the mountains and lake. Amazing place! The flat is comfortable, you can feel as at home. For familie with 2 childrens is the bast place for vacation. The pool is really good, clean and good depth, the children did not get out of it, we could spend the evenings peacefully while the children were swimming in the pool. The owner of apartments very attentive and careful.
