It was perfect from the moment we opened the big front doors. We stayed in Sister Rose’s room which was tastefully appointed and large. The bed was super comfy. So quiet also. Our hosts were very welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was lovely. The history of the convent was interesting. It was a short walk into a very interesting little town that had everything. Well renowned pub, huge supermarket, brewery, good restaurant and much more. The town has a lot of charm and is well kept.

Can’t think of a thing.

Our hosts, Cynthia and Gary warmly welcomed us and filled us in on the history of the area. The location of the Convent is an easy drive to Port Fairey, Warrnambool and surrounds. The Convent offers beautiful garden and verandah areas to soak up the quiet and replenish the body and mind. We had a 40 degree day during our stay - the library and lounge rooms offered cool respite from the blistering heat of the day. Also the local beach at Killarney is pristine and protected by a break water. A must if you like getting into salty water.

Location was great if you wanted a romantic getaway or just relax. Warnambool was 10 minutes down the road if you wanted to go shopping ect..

We had a small amount of toilet paper in the room so we had go down and get some more also we had a spa in our room and it would have been nice to have something to put in for bubbles. Not complaining but our room was expensive and worth the money but when you have a room that spectacular these little issues detract from the overall experience.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional and especially good for access for those with mobility issues. The property is uniquely interesting because of its history. Hosts, Cynthia and Gary are lovely people. Very engaging and interesting. They have put a huge amount of effort into developing the property for their guests.

We absolutely loved it! The staff welcomed us in such a warm and welcoming way, we felt comfortable immediately. The room was spacious and well looked after with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and the bathroom was just spectacular! We had an incredible breakfast in the morning. It was the perfect little getaway, I just wished we could have stayed longer.

A great stay at Convent at Koroit. Old world room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Beautiful library and meeting room with gas log heating. Superb cooked breakfast in a lovely dining room. Welcoming hostess with detailed local knowledge. Situated in the church area and a short drive or 15min walk into Koroit village.

the Convent is a beautiful place to stay, location to town was fantastic, the owners were lovely and welcoming. The owner, Cynthia, was a wealth of information on the history of the convent and the area of Koroit. Would absolutely stay there again.

There is nothing I could fault about the Convent.

The owners have done a wonderful job of turning the glorious convent into a luxurious B&B. Rooms are spacious and bed was wonderful. There are many areas of the facility open to their guests such as the library for a glass of wine and the sunny pavilion to be able to spread out or visit

The hosts were warm and welcoming. The convent is beautiful and has been wonderfully restored. The room was small - we got the last one but well furnished and very comfortable. There was a lift, which was very helpful. Great view over the paddocks of Koroit from our window. Beautiful home cooked breakfast in a lovely breakfast room

Everything was lovely!

From the moment on arrival we received a very friendly and warm welcome. Our hosts were amazing and saw to any of our needs. Th quality of the Convent was exceptional and I would highly recommend it anyone seeking a beautiful and comfortable get away.
