The hostel is extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. We stayed twice at the Dorm Hostel and Eieng was a wonderful host for both of our stays. She was very helpful, washing and drying our clothes for us and providing us with toast each morning, as well as working hard to keep the hostel in a constant cleanly state. Poe was very helpful also, organising our transfers to and from the islands, and bus back to the airport. This hostel is very calm and quiet, and ideal for couples as you can stay in double beds in the dorm as well as single if you are travelling solo. It is also excellent value for money and very close to the main strip of the old town. We would highly recommend the Dorm Hostel :)

We were looking for a more sociable backpacker style hostel ideally, but the Old Town wasn’t really that vibe. Not the fault of the Dorm Hostel, just not what you would find in Phuket Old Town I think.

This place is a 10/10. From the First part of the stay this beautiful Thai lady (Pai) greeted me with a big smile and helped me with my heavy luggage. From the start of my first night I noticed that this hostel has necessary rules to keep up its cleanliness. Pai was very helpful in every ways. You can ask for a lock to lock your locker or pay B60 to keep it with you. The bathrooms were always clean and the bedroom/dorm was very clean as well. The pillows were very comfy and it has a very comfortable blanket. Pai and the other host offered me a really good deal to see phi phi island and other islands . They have other packages as well. This hostel is very close to old town night market and lots of convenience stores around.

The beds were abit hard. Could be better by replacing them with softer mattress. But I slept very well

Likes: * location * hospitality , Friendly and helpful receptionists * complimentary breakfast. Dislike: * they have to pay attention to adjust the Ac cooling temperature siting , some night were to hot couldn’t sleep until we complained to the reception then thy work the other air condition and reduce the temperature to 18. * the shower and the toilet need to be Redlands from time to time as it is a hostel sharing bathroom, cleaning only one time a day not enough.

First time in Phuket and we literally felt not to leave this place as it was damn awesome. Breakfast is good. And the amazing part is "custom name printed souvenir" wowwwww. Providing custom printed souvenirs to guests elevated the hostel experience to a next level which we never expected. Near to many attractions. Just book this place. Trust me you'll never regret !

Why would one dislike this hostel. Literally nothing to be disliked of from this property.

The actual dorms were very clean and I liked the curtain that separated people so you could have some privacy, the location was good very close to old town but if you wanted to go to a beach you had to take a 10-20 minute taxi to get there or a 45 min to an hour or more walk. The staff were very friendly and made a lovely breakfast. They also had very large lockers for your bags which was nice

Not much, just that the room was nice and cold but if you had your curtain closed you didn’t feel it very well and the little fan in the corner was extremely loud and rattled a bunch

Every thing is perfect. I like reception guy from myanmar, simple & so cooperative. Nice bed, nice & cleen bathroom, comfortable bed, full privacy in bed after put down curtain, no light comes inside, stand to put mobile, hanger for towel, Ac is perfect. Very closed to night market. Everything is perfect.👍👍👍👍

Nothing to dislike. Only suggestion to put milk option in breakfast. I booked for 1 day, want to stay for other 2days, but unfortunately no bed was available.. That's my bad luck.

I just stayed one night - it was perfect for what we need! Great value, the beds were comfy and the staff were super lovely!

Not a biggie but the toilets were a little dirty in the morning (due to other guests I think) was okay though! Not too bad! And the breakfast was very average but lots of cafes just a short walk away so problem solved very easily!

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. They have thick curtains and you have some privicy. It is important for dorm rooms. The woman who stays at the reception is kind and talked to us everyday. The hostel is pretty close to Old Town, just 2 min. Away by walk. There is 7/11 market away from 350 metres. You can find places to rent a bike.

In the dorm room the A/C is closed very early in the morning, 7 am. It could be longer. And breakfast is not enough.

The hostel was great - the staff were friendly and helpful, the bathroom was clean. It included breakfast which definitely did the job. I also upgraded to a double bed for a relatively small price which was awesome and I liked that it was spacious.

There isn't much place to socialize with other travellers, the "common area" is just a bunch of tables used mainly for breakfast, a living room/lounge area would be nice.

Aircon was good in the dorm. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Beds have curtains. Close to Indy market, go when there’s live music it’s really good! 35min grab bike to big Buddha

Not social when we went. Could hear people walking past all through the night. Bathrooms very hot as no aircon there.
