The room was a great size and had wonderful views. The bed was super comfortable and my request for extra pillows was undertaken happily. Little touches like being offered decaff coffee as I'm pregnant and asking if breakfast can be altered were really appreciated. It was cute to have Welsh cakes in the lounge and I had to drag my husband away from the vinyl player and books!

It was a little bit of a squeeze to get round the bottom of the bed, especially with a baby bump, and there were a few hairs on the wall of the shower I had to rinse off before getting in. The TV is also quite small and on a far wall, so it was difficult to see the writing on it while sitting in bed.

This was a lovely base for our few days of exploring around Conwy and Llandudno. We received a very warm welcome and Melissa was very keen to help us with anything we might need to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with toasted sourdough, croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit and granola, and cafetiere coffee and fresh orange juice. The room was vibrant, clean and comfy and was ideally situated near the train station and castle. The lounge with games, tea and cake was a lovely touch too, although we thankfully didn't need to take advantage of this as we were blessed with great weather. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the region.

We were welcomed by Melissa into this quirky, retro B&B just opposite the castle in Conwy and to say we loved it was an understatement! Terrific hosts, amazing room with the most comfortable bed, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast which arrives in a basket each morning was delicious! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The only thing that was personal to me was the lack of somewhere to sit and do your makeup. There were lots of mirrors but none really at a suitable place do this. Saying that it wouldn't deter me from staying again!

Superb location overlooking Conwy castle. Tasty continental breakfast, hand prepared with lots of care from great quality ingredients, wrapped in plastic free packaging. A total feast for the eye everywhere you looked for retro lovers in this absolutely unique treasure trove hosted by exceptionally lovely people. A toasty warm, spotless room, cozy bed, environmentally caring products - everything you need for your Conwy adventure.

I can't fault it - it was the perfect place away from home - even through the ravages of Storm Darragh.

Fantastic location in the centre of Conwy and close to inexpensive car parking. We had long been intrigued by the hotel which looked inviting from the outside but surpassed expectations when we went inside. We were met by our lovely host Melissa who was super helpful. Our room / suite was castle view and it was quirky and had loads of thoughtful extras . We had a lovely comfortable night enjoyed the town , hotel and the gorgeous breakfast delivered to our room - a lovely touch. No 18 is the perfect antidote to bland chain hotels and we will definitely be back :)

Breakfast was served in the room and came in a lovely picnic basket, left at the door. Continental but everything one could want, and we could have breakfast in our PJ's!!! We had 2 nights here and wished we had had time for more. It is in an ideal position, out the door to the castle walls and quick walk to castle, and on the doorstep to the town centre with shops and restaurants. Few more steps and onto the waterfront. Our room was fantastic, lots of lemurs and jungle, bed was lovely and comfortable and we spent peaceful nights. The one great thing is the huge Number 18 on the front of the building. When you are driving and looking for your accommodation how lovely is it not to have to search.!! Parking is everywhere, and also just outside the front door. Thanks Melissa and John, we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely nothing.

Melissa was our favorite hostess on our 23 day trip. Available and responsive but not intrusive. Location was wonderful. Room comfortable and spacious. We had the room up front with a lounge. Good view and comfortable for eating breakfast. She thought of everything one could need. Extra adapter, earplugs, shower cap, etc.

Could have used some brighter lights. Breakfast was great although after 3 days would have liked a little change of pace.

Location is almost directly across from the Conwy train station which is so convenient. The hosts are so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was continental and more than enough food. The style of the place is eclectic and so much fun. It was pretty quiet for a home on a busy street. Conwy is small and charming.

The bathroom is tight with a tiny sink. Bring hair conditioner if you need to wash your hair. The shower is not big enough to shave you legs if you need too😜

Breakfasts were good, they were brought to the room at an agreed time, and were excellent. The room was beautifully clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was brilliant, and everything in the town was within easy reach. The decor of the rooms takes your breath away! Would particularly appeal to someone with an interest in 20th century design.

Two comfortable armchairs would have been a great addition to the room. Also, we had indicated we were vegetarian, but after the first day or two cold meat appeared in the breakfast basket alongside the cheese. I'm not complaining about this as we didn't say anything at the time, but maybe a feedback form or similar in the breakfast basket might have made commenting easier.

A quirky b&B, unusual but fab decor! The bed was cosy and comfortable! Lovely welcome by the owner, offer of tea and cake in the lounge was a great touch. The continental breakfast served in our room was excellent, amazing homemade butter and jam was great. Would definitely stay here again., the vibe is so nice! 😁

The shower was temperamental, had to dance to avoid being either scalded or frozen 🫣. The parking was a problem as it doesn't allow you to pay for overnight without having to go back out later in the night to cover it, this is not the owners fault though . Steep stairs could be a problem .
