We loved the fireplace, the room, the jet tub in the bathroom. Everything was fantastic. We stayed in the King Suite. It was worth the price. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful in helping us empty our trash, when the cleaning people didn't show up.

The TV has three available HDMI ports, but there is no way to navigate from HDMI 1, which has the main cable box, to the other ports with our devices like the Switch and Fire Stick. Luckily, we were about to just swap out to the main HDMI 1 when we wanted to use another device. It was kind of a pain, but not a deal breaker, since we could just hook up the other devices one at a time. Also, we were hoping to have cleaning staff every day. But at least they came once on our 4-day stay.

We had lots of room. 2 queens and a sofa so everyone had a bed. liked the fireplace. View from slider was great we saw the ocean waves first thing in the morning. Location was central to everywhere we went.

Toilet paper was very cheap. Rolls were small and had to ask for them several times. Better quality would go with the facility. I am handicapped and there was no handicap parking near our room. Parking was difficult on weekends.

We splurged for this little getaway and got an Oceanview room. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Room was clean and we liked the patio and the suite with separate sitting area and fireplace. Location is great, right across from Moonstone Beach. Tooth and Nail wine tasting room on site (really good wines, definitely do this if staying here). Grounds are nice and well kept.

Needs some updating. Sofa, chair, paint, baseboards etc are showing wear and tear and look worn. Screen and door to patio were hard to open/close and lock (as we were leaving, they were looking into fixing it). Crazy loud noise when turning on shower and moved temp to hot before transferring to shower spray so not sure what is up with that.

The room was very clean & the king bed was very comfortable. The in-room coffee was great, & the mini fridge & microwave was handy.

The only problem we found was the sliding door had no screen door. I went to the lobby, but they said they had a storm & it came off. Funny, but all three rooms on our side, all had screen doors on.

The property is located directly across from the beach. It is close to a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and within a mile or two plenty of shops and restaurants. The gal at the reception desk when we arrived was so polite and very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Needs a little TLC as far as touch up paint and some deep cleaning, left dirty laundry on the floor in the hallway for 1 whole day, didn’t check to see if our trash needed emptying.

We LOVE the location. We love the vibe; the fireplaces, motel is bright, rooms are nice but honestly, worn. We love listening to the ocean at night even if we don’t have an ocean view.

First impression is lovely but walk in the room and carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. There was a large stain right in front of the bed, where I’d climb in every night. That really bothered me every time I walked in the door and sat on the bed. I thought of mentioning it to the lobby but just decided to live with it. I never walked barefoot in the room.

The Ocean View suite was amazing. The view couldn’t get better. The staff was very friendly. I liked the fireplace in our room. And hubby loved the water pressure in the shower. The grounds are beautiful too and it’s 30 steps to the Moonstone Boardwalk. ❤️. I think this is the Best hotel on Moon Beach for the Ocean View. We had our door open at night and listened to the waves crashing.

My pillow cases had holes in them. Sheets were over starched and very uncomfortable. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The carpeted steps needs an overhaul. And if you are going to have Starbucks coffee in room, you should At least provide bottled water. Please do not expect coffee drinkers to drink “spigot” water. 🤢. The place needs TLC. I told my hubby if I win the Lottery I’m buying this place and give it some love!!

The room was beautiful! Carmen (the person who checked us in) was incredibly nice, and helpful. Sunset every night was literally a 30 second walk to the beach.

Well, we did notice that although our room was large, it seemed to be one of the only ones without a balcony, and it was such fabulous weather - that was a bummer. There are several "versions" of websites out there (maybe some pre-covid?) Some say breakfast is included but they don't have that any more...please update so folks get accurate information.

Clean and very close to the beach

We don’t like that they have raised rates and taken away services. The continental breakfast, back in the day, was easy and a great way to get a little food since it’s so difficult to get food in this area. We also only stay in the patio ocean view rooms and we don’t like that the patios aren’t seperated by a structure for more privacy from those next to you.

Location was excellent. Oceanview room did not disappoint. Fireplace was nice to use.

That it was never mentioned we did not have maid service unless we asked. The floors were dirty from being outside. Never had coffee supply replaced. Our trash, waste paper cans were never thrown. We found a trash bin and threw our own away. We stayed three nights. Expected better.
