After check in,appreciated secure, accessible parking opportunity, security in building, proximity to cafes and restaurants as well as previously mentioned high standard of in house provisions. Quest Penrith is very conveniently located for guests who are not driving and using public transport.

While building was central to rail and Westfield shopping, for those driving from east, the approach from M4 was meandering, as directed by Google maps. Also, access to reception on arrival was competing with station drop off zones.

Quest Penrith was an amazing place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there, and will book again next time we are in Sydney. The staff were all lovely and cheerful and made you feel very at home. Everything was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a bonus after spending 9 hours in a car driving up. With regard to parking: we parked undercover in the Pay and Ride parking car park nearby on a Friday afternoon, and then my son picked it up Saturday afternoon, and there was no charge, which we were pretty pleased with. Quest Penrith's proximity to Penrith Station is a real bonus, as is the closeness to Penrith Plaza and shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay immensely, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A bit of noise from adjoining room through the internal door, but nothing major.

The location was excellent. It is across the road from the train Station and the Westfield Shopping Plaza. There are places to eat and good coffee shops on the ground level next to Quest. I felt safe and secure. Beautiful toiletries. Excellent washing machine and dryer. The staff went out of their way to make my stay a great experience.

Sometimes I found the trains a bit noisy during the early hours of the morning.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and happy, front staff were great when we checked in on our way out the young lady was on the phone and gave me a thumbs up,

The only thing I didn't like was that there was construction going on all around the motel and nothing was on the website or told until we turned up and had already paid for room, not happy about that

Very nice one bedroom with washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Close to rail for transport and close to Blue Mountains for a nice day trip for adventures. Excellent pastry restaurant next door also. There was some noise in the hallways from other guests, slamming doors or not controlling the door when closing them, not hotels fault, but inconsiderate guests.

Stay was excellent, definitely our go-to when we want to get away! staff were great upon arrival & on checkout! Room was extremely clean & cute little cookies upon entering. Staff were helpful when we needed help connecting the internet to the tv! Overall stay was absolutely amazing.

Internet on tv was in and out, making shows we were watching pause and play constantly, nothing major!

An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. The hotel was alway clean, the housekeeping staff polite and respectful. Over all my extended stay at QUEST Penrith was memorable and highly enjoyable 10/10

That I was not able to stay longer

The location was perfect and having an allocated parking space was really convenient. Your reception team was very accomodating, kind and helpful. We were within walking distance to Penrith Westfield so we had the convenience of having our breakfast & dinner there. We also walked to the massage parlour and back. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I would definitely choose Quest Penrith again in our next trip. Highly recommended if you're travelling for work, business or even as a family.

Very comfortable bed… toiletries were lovely… kitchen well equipped.

Lack of signage in order to check in… had no idea where to turn … had to ask a tradie in a high vis jacket, where I could possibly enter, in order to park and check in. Twinings teabags would be preferable.

it was overly warm in the room- i turned the aircon controller to 18 but was still warm and only slept under a sheet. I'm glad someone from reception was able to come to the room and show how to turn the oven on- none of the 3 of us could work it out! (and there wasn't any instructions in the room)
