The Spa was great and complimentary sparkling wine, chocolates, water and bath bombs was a nice touch, bed was very comfortable and the room was generous, the indoor and outdoor pool was very nice and having a day spa onsite was great. The views from our room on the first floor into the bushland was very nice and quite private also.

The restaurant was closed and that was a shame, the decor is beginning to look a little tired, although this is being very picky, the lack of utensils and washing up supplies was a little worrying, although the cleaning staff were happy to wash up for us each day and this might be a positive, rather than a negative!

This was our third time staying at Madison Spa Resort, and it continues to be one of our favourites. The location is great—close to everything we need—while still being quiet and relaxing. The spa is always a highlight of our stay, making it the perfect spot to unwind. We would absolutely recommend Madison Spa Resort to anyone visiting the area. The only downside is that the rooms and grounds could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, it’s still a great place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit!

Booking staff could’ve been more professional. Lady whom answered the phone spent almost 5 minutes trying to find me in their system and we stay up to 10 times a year. She giggled and laughed when trying spell out surname & I even gave her my first name, phone number and email address and still couldn’t find me in the system. I almost told her not to worry about booking me in, it was very poor booking service, I’ll be going back to online booking in the future than calling direct.

Very comfortable motel with the extra spa treatments available to book ( we had a massage each ) and the small swimming pool which was nice to sit around and relax. Very spacious bedrooms (we were upstairs in room 21) with nice views towards the bush. The location is a convenient 5 min drive into Echuca. Across the road is a convenient bakery for morning coffee. Best of all was the service. Very friendly and helpful upon check in and also room service was great with clean towels and bottles of water in the fridge. We also liked the little extras provided in this upgraded room. A lovely stay. We were happy.

The rooms are a little dated and could do with a fresh paint job to brighten it up. The walls are a creamy / yellow. The shower is in the toilet which is weird. But it is a longish kind of room separated with a sliding door to the bathroom. However there is no shower curtain or screen so water splashes everywhere. But the shower water strength is good. Prices were also pretty high due to the Easter weekend rates.

The room was Beautiful , the bed was extremely comfortable and extra blankets were provided which was nice. I enjoyed the spa and it was nice and clean. Room was spacious and clean and nicely presented.

The bathroom was a bit of a hazard, we kept tripping over. The door didn't lock and there was lack of privacy due to this. The door to the motel room also was broken so we needed to have the safety chain on at all times.

Rob the owner is extremely accommodating and friendly! Made us feel very welcome. Our room was so cosy and comfortable. The bed was amazing! The spa bath in our room was awesome too. Everything was clean. Lovely views from the back window in the room, so peaceful to wake up to. Location is on point. A 5-10 minute walk to shops or a 2 minute drive. Very convenient. Bakery is across the road which make great coffee! The outdoor pool and the spa in the bathing room was amazing, felt like I was in a Bali resort, great value for money. 😀 Thank you! Will be back!!

Location was great. Walking distance to some good food and sights if you don’t want to jump in the car. The rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. The pool area is kept well maintained.

They close the sauna/spa area at 8pm which is a bit sad. The restaurant area is also closed at the moment so that’s also a bit of a downer if you didn’t feel like leaving the complex to eat. They are under going a change of ownership so the grounds are not looking their best. They advertise that it’s adults only but yet there were two families with young children when we stayed there so maybe that’s changing with the new owners.

Room was comfortable and very clean and the services and staff were amazing.

The only thing we didn't like is that the restaurant / bar were not open. It would have been great to sit by the pool area and be able to pop into the restaurant/bar to get some food and drinks. Would have liked some music playing over the speakers.

Staff were friendly and genuine. We loved our stay and didn't want to go home. Best king bed ever, so comfortable. Very romantic accomidation with a gas open fireplace. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops in town. I'm coming back as soon as I can. Madison Spa, you have made our holiday a very special one to remember. Love you all, Brad and Mardi

Fantastic facilities, close to the supermarket and just over the bridge from Riverboats festival. Reasonably priced.

We were disappointed the restaurant was closed, when the kitchen facilities were so basic. There was no sink and the vanity basin was over on the opposite side of the studio. A minor inconvenience but worth a mention nonetheless.
