The facility was nice and in a good location. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. The lady that oversees breakfast was attentive and helpful.

The bed was too hard. Very firm but the pillows were too soft. First night, had to call the front desk (twice) at 2:30 am because the people in the next door room were fighting and arguing for hours and their child was crying for them to stop. The second night again, I had to call the front fall again after 1am because the kids in room above us were running back n forth in the room... for over an hour.

I have worked in hotels for 12 years, currently an AGM, & I’ve worked for choice in the past. With all my experience working the industry and traveling personally, this is BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL IVE ENCOUNTERED. The entire property is impeccable, room was equally clean, bed was comfortable, amenities all in fully functioning order, breakfast was on point, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Management/owners should be highly appreciative that every department is holding up their end on making such a pleasant hotel.

Breakfast was good. Room, location and workout room were good. Nice room and really good cleaning staff.

I was surprised that first night was so expensive compared to the others. Because I booked from overseas and used a third party booking, I couldn't see the cost breakdown per night until I arrived. Had I known, I would have booked my first night at another hotel. Why the spike in price? - $249/night compared to $90/night.

I was surprised that the price for one of the nights was so high. I booked through and agency, from overseas, so I couldn't see the breakdown of prices. Found out on arrival that one night was so high because it was Tech's graduation. Had I known that, we would have stayed in Dallas a night and come the next day.

Amazing, hot, high pressure shower and comfortable bed. Front desk evening staff was friendly. Great stay for the price, especially considering that it was Texas Tech Family Weekend. Breakfast and cleaning staff were also very friendly.

The room could have been a bit cleaner but there was a large group just checking out of rooms and Texas Tech families checking in. I honestly believe the staff was doing the best they could to clean rooms quickly.

It’s in a good location close enough to all the fun things to do on the west side of town. Pool was well stocked with towels and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfy.

Hot tub was warm and didn’t bubble. Might have been user error though.

Spacious room, cleanness, breakfast

I put the note at the time when booking, and told the check in staff: I NEED A QUITE ROOM, ON BACK SIDE, NOT FACING 62!. But still got the room 207, which is front, facing 62. Since we were so tired already, so did not switch.

Staff and everyone was phenomenal breakfast was great. The staff and the manager went out of the way to make our stay a very very great one. Thank you to everyone there we appreciate your hard work

I had to change rooms after coming in from Nebraska but other than that it was good

The property was very nice and looked to be well kept up with.

The lady who worked 5/30 at around 5pm wasn’t polite and seemed very condescending. Also every time we’d walk past the desk she’d be on the phone and walk to the back or have her feed propped up. She just didn’t seem professional at all.

Nice and clean and the employee that does the breakfast setup was so nice and very attentive to everyone and kept everything full. She was wonderful. I forgot her name but I would come back just to see her again because I know the breakfast will be wonderful!
