Do yourself a favour and save some money & go elsewhere. $980.00 for 2 nights stay in a garden room with no veranda was an insult especially as they then add another €55.00/ nights for resort fees !!

Beautiful location and an immaculate property; friendly staff, lovely rooms all looking at pools or the ocean and excellent restaurant/dining options (we enjoyed both the main restaurant and the oceanside bar) with a fantastic atmosphere

We had an initial issue with our room but it was all sorted out quickly by really nice staff; other than that, no issues!

This was the best place we ever stayed for our vacation. The location, rooms, amenities, beach, pools all are wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The housekeepers were very kind and hardworking. The place is very close to most of the places to visit in Keys. A lot of iguanas wandering in the property which was wonderful to see.

There were some dangerous poles left on concrete blocks at the bottom of the sea. They need to remove those. Our dishwasher was not heating properly because of the heating element failure. The person they sent was reluctant to fix it claiming that there was no problem with it. We washed most of the dishes ourselves because of this. The mosquitos were another issue but I believe they were working on it.

The first room we booked wasn't quite what we wanted/expected but the staff were incredibly helpful and moved us without any fuss... so nothing we didn't like in the end!

We are a French family and our experience at Tranquility Bay was simply fantastic — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Everything was nearly perfect. Our villa with an ocean view was exceptional: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every comfort. The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable — a big plus for me as I often have back issues and tend to be quite sensitive when it comes to bedding. We loved everything from the pools to the beach to the bar — the whole resort felt like paradise. And finally, a big thank you to the staff, who were all friendly and helpful. A special mention to William for the warm welcome and assistance! Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back.

The resort was beautiful! Perfect location and such convenience for a family with a toddler under 2! Having the beach on the resort and the lagoon pool we always had something to do! My son enjoyed moving the chess pieces around, tossing bean bags and running around the mini golf/putting area! The balcony’s on the villas were a hit cause he loved being outside at all times! Loved both restaurants on the resort! House keeping was there everyday, made sure we had clean towels and beach towels ! Super clean resort and very well kept! Staff was so polite and helpful! Great time!

Location and friendly staff. Each villa is conveniently located to a pool or beach area.

It’s an older property that could use some TLC. It definitely could have used a good deep cleaning. Second bedroom had barely enough space to walk in. Lastly, I did not expect to be charged additional money upon arrival. I thought when I paid through Booking.com, that I was paying in full for my family’s stay.

Furniture seems slightly run down, AC had few problems , but who cares - this place is just like heaven and an absolute must for everyone who goes to the Keys and can afford the cost. Fantastic lagoon pool within a palm tree garden surrounded by the beautiful wooden beach villas. Private beach with plenty of water sports facilities. Dolphin research center and Sandspur beach just 15 min by car, the turtle hospital is located next door. Absolutely great for children. Probably the best resort on the Keys. Will always remember our time here and hope to come back !

The location

This time - couldn’t use beach full of seaweed. Our unit on the beach had a very wonky dining table. Maintenance said couldn’t do anything about the legs moving. Needs a new table!! No light above the stove top. Again the man said sorry couldn’t fix it! Management said they will look into this.

Fabulous resort feel, everything you could need was on property. Of course the staff is helpful with recommendations if you want to explore. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, gym was adequate, many options to accommodate all ranging from a quiet couple retreat to active family fun.

Parking was a bit far if you're in one of the villas but was ok for us.
