I had a wonderful stay at LLH, again! The staff was friendly and attentive as always. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for shopping and the overall experience was seamless. Definitely coming back again soon.

While my stay was enjoyable, I believe there’s room for improvement in the dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is ovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. LLH excels in so many other areas, and I’m sure the food (Pizza and English Breakfast) can be elevated to match that same level of excellence. I look forward to seeing the improvements on my next visit!

Exceptional attention to detail - MUCH better than I would expect for a three star hotel - and to be honest - MUCH better than I have seen at some four and even five star hotels. My compliments to the management and owners for the remarkable attention to detail. This applies to the room as well as the restaurant. The numbers for room service, restaurant, reception, etc. are e.g. on a silver plate (in a large font) next to the phone. There are cuttelry in the room and a number of three and two point plugs next to the bed where it can easily be reached. The towels were spotlesly white and fluffy... and there was bath crystals. A good size fire distinguisher. Good matrass and pillows and good extra blankets, etc. The room decor are soothing and creates a feeling of space. My meals were very well served... again with attention to detail. There is a good variety of gins and single malts... consideing that this is a three star hotel. Parking was great with good space to get in and out of the car and out of the parking garage. Even the elevator allowed for braille and voice announcements. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if staying over in Bloemfontein. I can add that I travel quite a bit locally and internationally and I am not giving this praise lightly. There is more more that I can say...

The food is good and very well served. It might have been nice if there was also an option for soup in winter and perhaps a sandwhich (any kind - open or toasted) if one would e.g. prefer to have a light lunch and then something more substantial from the lovely choices for the evening. Although I offer this suggestion, I can again compliment the hotel on the quality of food I had!

I like the room we slept in.. the bed was comfy, the modern style in the rooms.. it was beautiful. The ceiling designs ,the breakfast, staff friendliness. The coziness of the place .the bathroom,the bathtub could fit me and my partner both in it..

I was in room 16 and I noticed there a ceiling crack that look like a leak..they must look at that and also blend the ceiling nicely and remove that thing that looked like a pothole there ,it messes up with the ceiling design.

It is a really beautiful hotel. Clean and nicely done. We were impressed, especially for the price. Very close to the Supreme Court of Appeal. Nice boardroom one can book. Food was also really great, compliments to the chef.

We just have one suggestion. The restaurant is a bit "bare" and very brightly lit so there is no atmosphere. We would suggest a few pot plants, some wall decorations and maybe having the tables set and not empty. That would create a very nice atmosphere. The outside veranda is gorgeous and has great atmosphere but inside is a bit cold. Saying all this, we would still go back and stay there if we need to.

That the jacuzzi is no longer accessible,and that’s not what is on the internet.

The hotel is quite modern and has a nice look and feel. The bed is very comfortable, loved, the furniture all round and the pieces of art. The restaurant area and the bar looks absolutely stunning. The showstopper is the breakfast, the omelette was to die for.

The bathing water was always cold, had to bath with the little bit that’s left, don’t know if it’s because the geysers are switched at a certain time only.

The staff was very friendly. Our breakfast was delicious. We had a creamy chicken pizza on Saturday evening - it was delicious. Overall we had a great stay.

We didn't had warm water on Sunday morning, The hand shower pipe came loose when my husband wanted to use it, and the dustbin in the bathroom lid was loose. Small things that can get attention. Except for these small issues, we will definitely stay there again.

ohhhhh well I didn't like the waitress on duty suterday morning who was wearing all back...yena shame he treated us ok but I felt the treatment of white people compared to us was still racist,he would us if the couple of white people are still ok...but didn't even bother to ask us or check on us...he didn't even offer us any coffee ,or asked if we needed some extras ...I would really really like if we are given same treatment as we all paying customers But either than that ,shame everything was excellent from cleaners ,helpers ,Receptionist both shift shame it was beautiful

Rooms were large and spacious and decorated extremely thoughtfully. The outside balcony door on our initial room did not lock properly, when brought to receptions attention, they moved us to an alternate room of the same class with no problem. The ablution facilities in the room were outstanding,clean and everything had to quality fittings, and everything worked properly. Parking was secure and safe.

The automatic motion sensor lights by the door inside the room needs a means of turning off manually, when in bed, movement in the bed , like turning over caused them to come on, which was rather disturbing. Reading lamps at the desks would be useful instead of overhead spotlights.

Room 2 1st floor the bathroom was leaking I called reception and was told the ladies who clean once they move it a bit it does that,so it was uncomfortable I had to be extra careful most time to not trip and fall…so most of the times I had towels all over the flow and I asked for extra but I never received it but except that everything was perfect the bed was very comfortable and warm because of electricity blanket❤️
