The ladies on reception were charming. In particular a very sweet young black lady and a lady with long hair and glasses - sorry I don't know their names. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast also excellent except that full fat milk was not available Parking also very good. I have traveled all over Europe and find IBIS are always clean hotels to be trusted
No net curtains in the bedroom means we have to have the curtains drawn and light on all the time to have privacy as we were over looked by houses. Other than that all was good. Everybody working at the hotel was polite and friendly, even though my French is poor. Your questionaire is confusing. When you say "How would you rate this property" to an English speaker it means how do you rate the "Building" - 6 If, as I think you mean "How do you rate the stay at our hotel over all - It was very good "9"

Comfy and clean, good budget option for groups to not be too far from the centre, though 1h walk or about 30 mins public transport so not super central. Large and comfortable lounge area where we were allowed to use the TV as a group. Pleasant décor and the overall feel is friendly and professional. Underground parking was really convenient and didn't cost extra. Not too far from a few restaurants and tram stops. The three-person rooms are a fold-out Murphy bed rather than a bunk bed which was nice, though it's a little cramped with three adults. Easy check-in and check-out process.
There was a fire alarm at 1am and this is an odd thing to complain about, but the alarm wasn't very loud in the rooms and some of our group didn't wake up despite about 10 minutes of ringing which feels like a safety issue.

The staff, the quiet location.
The breakfast was good. I wish there would have been a warm option. The fresh juice was the most quality produce at breakfast, however the rest was as expected. The ham could be cut in smaller portion; whilst it looks good rolled, the size was not very appealing. The bacon was too much and could have been served on smaller serving so to replenish and make things look fresh. The cheese knife must be finer for soft cheese or portioned. The bread neads a napkin for cutting to maintain hygiene Overall good but would be great if the above was considered given the breakfast costs the same as a 4 star establishment, which offers a better experience

The hotel was beautiful, modern and Immaculate. In the lobby, there were ple tybof books to borrow, games for the children and a pool table. The rooms were compact but sufficient and the beds were extremely comfortable! My only quibbles would be no cups for water in the bathroom and no option of extra pillows, but luckily we had bought our own for the onward part of our trip. The breakfast was buffet style and cost €60 for 3 adults & 4 children. The amount on offer was outstanding and high quality fresh produce. The only minor downside was they kept running out of cups & plates, but the staff were constantly working to refresh these as quickly as possible and topping up the buffet every few minutes (very busy when we were there!) I cannot recommend this place enough and looking forward to staying there on our return back to the UK. Private gated parking that cost us €8 for the night.
Nothing!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in..not only is the quality of the hotel amazing for the price, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean, enough to do in the hotel if you just whant to relax and they are extremely accommodating with dogs which I did not expect. Amazing place, will be returning next year
The only thing that I think could be improved is maybe having food to offer during the evening for people who don't whant to go out..there was only pizza to choose from which was not really a choice.

Lovely breakfast, with also options for non-pork eating people. Everything was clean and most of the staff were nice and ready to assist. Beds were proper and so was the shower. Airco worked very well and there was enough parking space.
The three person room was much too small for 3 people. When the sleeping bunk was pulled out the closet, there was hardly any room to walk. The underground parking was too steep, so even when you drived very slowly up or down (in both cases) the front of the car would hit the ground. And I know in that we weren't the only ones.

The reception area smelt and looked very comfortable and welcoming in a "jungle theme". There were plenty of seating areas and a bar. For entertainment there was a Poole room and a table football area. There were also books and magazines available to enjoy. As a bonus there were some charging points at the seating area. We're having a super stay here.
Nothing. The shower was amazing, the beds were comfortable and clean, the room was modern and perfect. I would greatly recommend. There is plenty of parking at the back and underground- obviously you have to pay but it's not too expensive all things considered.

Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly staff. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and even though it was so busy was very polite. The room was spacious and comfy with everything needed for a stop off. The bar was lovely and enjoyed a nice cold beer after dumping our bags. Quite a few places to eat nearby and met some lovely people. Parking was brilliant as underground so the car was nice and cool when we got in the following day. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely go again.

Room above expectations for ibis budget hotels. it is possible to sleep even though the room window was oriented towards the street, and one of the busiest. Breakfast is beyond any expectations, an extremely large selection on offer. All in all, an exceptional stay. The spacious hotel lobby is also commendable, where you can play billiards, board games or simply sit on comfortable couches and read.

Hotel has great facilities with plenty of communal rest areas near the bar so really good for groups of people travelling together. Bedroom was functional and very clean and comfortable Car parking is very safe and secure with additional parking underground. You pay on exit.
The curtain for the window couldn’t be pulled and the window left open for ventilation. We ended up sleeping with the curtain wide open so we could get some fresh air - the room had aircon so we could have shut the window / curtain, it’s just that we prefer fresh air!
