The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a great view. The spa centre was excellent with a large number of steam rooms, saunas, etc. There was a great variety of warm and hot pools, although the indoor pool area was a bit smaller than expected and quite crowded at all times of the day (weekend). The food in the restaurant was great, especially the deserts.

The indoor pool area was quite small and crowded, although there was a good variety of different temperature and size pools both inside and outside. The restaurant was quite crowded at all times and we had to wait for a free table during dinner time both of the evenings we were there. The restaurant staff took quite a long time to clear up the tables. The hotel room was very large and comfortable but there were tiny pieces of broken glass on the floor when we entered the first day.

Breakfast was nice, and the location was good, The spa was very good.

The bathroom had problem with flooding after use, was checked-in the room even though the hotel knew about the problem, which is unacceptable for me!

Very convenient location in the heart of Sapareva Banya near the mineral hot spring. I loved the multiple outside pools with mineral water. This hot spring waters help people with bone problems and arthritis and other articulation issues. Sapareva Banya hot spring waters contain sulphates and are the hottest mineral waters on the Balkans.

Very interesting and successful architectural concept of the hotel. Spacious public areas (hall, lounge, restaurant), well-designed and comfortable rooms, large terraces with a beautiful view, thoughtful and tastefully designed interior of the entire facility. Correct SPA facilities with several saunas and steam baths of different temperatures and air humidity. Not so spacious hotel pool area, with several units of different temperatures. The water is warm and pleasant. Next to the hotel, connected to it, is the "Kotvata" Aqua Club, the facilities of which can be used by hotel guests for free. The food in the hotel is plentiful. Breakfast is good and varied, dinner is even better, with some excellently prepared dishes. Especially desserts. The staff is ok...

Unlike all other facilities, in the hotel pool area there are certain shortcomings in the finishing details, and one should also think about increasing the acoustic comfort - a suspended ceiling made of suitable mineral plates would help. Also, Aqua Club “Kotvata” needs renovation, but this is not a shortcoming of the hotel.

Everything, and they are so clean, they change your linen daily, towels everyday, help you in what ever you need. So deliousious breakfast and dinner, everyday different menus and so pecfectly prepared. Super in everything.

In the pools, of the hotel, and more of which in the common areas, need more safty leathers, see is not easy to enter the pools and have no rail to hold on, otherwise perfect in everything.

A repeat stay for us in this sulphurous hot spring hotel. The outdoor pools (a hotter and a cooler one) are totally wonderful, open 08 am till 20-00, nicely done and with excellent hydrogen-sulphide-rich water. Good buffet breakfast and dinner, comfortable rooms with good wifi, convenient parking. Nice walks in the local pine forest if you cross the street and walk up from the hotel.

Massages are OK (although not among the best we have had in Bulgaria and evening slots are not easy to get).

If you are a sweets lover - this is the place for you :-)

The massages are very expensive. The food can be improved; there were very few hot dish selections, and almost no hot selections for vegetarians.

The location is good, the food is excellent, the facilities are very nice. The Spa is good quality and good value for money. I really recommend this place. The people were also nice and friendly. Overall my experience was good and I will return there with pleasure.

The only thing that could be improved is the surrounding area. Our room was in front of an ugly parking area. Considering that we were paying for a pool view it was pity to have this view.

We hate a great time at the hotel. The SPA centre is not super spacious, but has all kinds of saunas, steam baths and pools and is not super crowded. The room was comfortable and clean, the terrace was spacious and very nice. And for all of that, the price was reasonable.

The only thing we didn’t 100% like was the food. The restaurant was nice and the was delicious indeed, but for this type and class of hotel, I think that there should be wider variety of options and overall a bit higher quality.

The room was clean and comfortable, but only for 2 persons. The balcony was big and confortable for smokers. The bathroom was good, with normal sizes. The lobby was big and comfortable. The spa was very good and clean, it was quiet, but our stay was during the week.

The food was The food was disgusting. Everything had one taste. The food was not varied enough. The restaurant staff was not very polite. For a 4 star hotel, very bad food. The children's playground is very small, not enough. Only slide and pool with balls. The bed for the kids in the room was very uncomfortable and too close to the floor. The prices in the lobby bar are terribly expensive, and the service is.... not good.
