Good location, friendly, obliging staff. Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast. Nice bar inside and beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views of Zell am See. Lovely atmosphere in the roof top bar . Nice restaurants nearby.

Rooms don’t have showers . Deep, high sided bath with a shower on the wall over it. Not suitable for anyone with back issues or anyone not of a taller stature!!! It’s a pity there was no facility open for food other than breakfast.

Liked that Thomas connected on Whatsapp when we booked and gave us the directions. The rooms were nice and clean. Super clean bathrooms and a GREAT breakfast that we really liked. Location is superb if you want to visit the ever busy bazar and market place on Zell am See lake. 2 mins walk to restuarants and shops. 5 mins walk to the lake. Also they have a fan in the room to help you sleep well on those warm summer nights when its needed.

The parking. The hotel provides parking for a fee of 20 Euros but its a little uphill walk and away. Specially bothers when you leave things in the car and have to go pick them up later. You would rather like to explore other parking sites which are are a little closer. Secondly the beds are too soft so the matress curves when you sleep which results in a back pain the next morning. May be its time for the hotel to get some new matresses.

Hotel Heitzmann offers a great stay with its very central location and comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The service was friendly and professional, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.

One minor inconvenience was the limited space for unloading luggage directly at the hotel entrance. However, there is a nearby parking garage that worked well for parking during our stay.

For our first visit to Zell am See we decided to stay at Heitzmann. The location is perfect - not far from the central train station. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. Also liked the cleanliness - can only say thanks to cleaning personnel. We used the sauna in the basement. Also found it very clean and well-maintained.

The overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, with only one minor issue: the thin room doors. Unfortunately, this compromised the soundproofing of the rooms. We were frequently disturbed in the mornings by conversations of other guests in the hallway, and the noise of the cleaning personnel's carts was quite noticeable due to the doors' lack of sound insulation.

Couldn’t beat the location. Really helpful staff very kind and helpful when I mis booked the room to rectify the booking and add an extra bed at late notice. Spotlessly clean. Room comfortable and spacious enough for all four of us. Food was great we had half board and children’s option offered as main course every night

Check-in service very - very good. Information on where to go was immediately shared. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy a musical experience by the lake. Very good breakfast. Comfortable room.

The roof terrace bar had very loud music. There were no visitors there, and my companion and I did not stay there either. And the waiter at the bar didn't care about us either. Didn't even say hello or ask if we wanted anything.

What a great hotel. We were welcomed by friendly hosts, we were given all the information we needed on arrival. Room was lovely and comfortable, the hotel is situated in the centre of town, with a 30 second walk to get you to a main pedestrian area with bars and shops etc, 3-4 minute stroll from the hotel to the waterfront which has a short waterside walk to enjoy. There were many facilities which we didn’t have time to use but they looked fantastic, the rooftop bar give panoramic views of the lake over the rooftops and has a great vibe, the staff in the bar were also very welcoming and friendly, Breakfast was fabulous with a huge choice nd freshly made options should you wish, Staff were super. Highly recommended.

Car parking is around 100 meters from the property, this is due to the excellent central location and is worthwhile making the very short walk, there is also public parking around 2-3 minutes away in a very clean multi-story carpark. Don’t be put off by this as you can unload your car at the door and park up afterwards.

We got upgraded to the two timez hotel, which was stunning. The decor is modern and in keeping with the alpine vibe. Spacious, clean and good heating. Literally steps from the shops and a 4-5 min walk to the ski lift.

The bed and pillow weren’t the comfiest. The parking was a few minutes away.

Location was central, staff were friendly and polite, room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Warm night so had to leave window slightly ajar and a road outside with cars made it noisy- it was quiet with the window closed but became stuffy and we did not want to use the pedestal fan as that was noisy.

The hotel is in a very good location with view to the mountains and the lake. Very clean, great breakfast and the staff was so helpfull in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We'll be sure to come here again on our next trip to Zell am See.
