This Best Western Plus has nice and newly renovated rooms. The King Suite room was very big, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast is better than most other comparable hotels. Best bed I've ever slept on, not to mention easy access to the interstate. Indoor pool a plus as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

The rooms were beautiful & clean!!

We came in late and asked for a late check-out. The gentleman working the desk said that was fine. The next morning the next person working desk said we don't do late check-outs it will cost $46. (this was also on a weekday, not a weekend)That is crazy for one hour when the stay itself was around $110.

Really good breakfast with a surprising amount of variety. They also had a little snack bar in the evening that was complimentary! The kids loved the 24/7 soft serve, probably a little too much. Rooms were clean and the receptionists were very friendly.

They were finishing up some work on the ceiling tiles.

Nice quiet place right off the highway. Booked last minute to get out of the snow storm on the highway. Rates were reasonable and value for the money was impeccable. Good breakfast with a super fancy coffee machine just like Starbucks which I’ve never seen at a hotel before.

It was my families first time staying here at this hotel and I have to say the rooms are beautiful. Staff was very friendly and rooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. The breakfast was awesome and we loved sitting around the fire pit on a chilly night.

Good breakfast. They had eggs, sausages, potatoes and a lot of bakery items. Staff was friendly and let us check in early which was awesome. We would definitely stay again if we were in Saint Louis again.

Breakfast was amazing! I absolutely love it here, it is in perfect place for my job through the week..

My shower head was broke & floors could have been a lil cleaner!

The room was nice. No shampoo or extras in the room. I asked the front desk and they did provide them.

The back door was open even after dark. So anyone could access the hallways.

Nice rooms. Good breakfast! Missed the evening reception the first night but caught it the second. They had nachos and make your own sundae.

Pool could’ve been a little warmer.
