Kitchen is well equipped. There are 4-6 of every plate and cutlery. There is a pan, and 3 pots. Left us oil, but no salt. There is a dishwasher with tablets, cleaning cloths, paper towels, dish soap and a sponge. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is huge, with all amenities. Room and windows are soundproof. And Seestads is a place I could live, fell in love with the place. If you're coming in the summer, as crazy as it sounds, bring swimming suits! You will love it.

Blinds are not blackout ones, bring eye masks. AC takes a few hours to cool down, but keeps it cool afterwards. The teflon / non-stick pan is scratched by some idiots, and not only does not work anymore but is also toxic. Worst of all, check out is at 11am, but the cleaning lady already opens the door into your apartment at 9:30am. First one was already awkward (were still in pajamas) but it happend the second time, without knocking, or any sign. Scared us really bad. Left a bad impression at the end.

Well-equipped apartment; very pleasant and comfortable for a long stay; close proximity to the U-Bahn (line U2); the garage is a really big bonus; extremely favorable price of accommodation

I spent 12 days in the apartment and I think I can give an objective opinion. When I come to Vienna again, I will definitely stay at your place. You have invested a lot in the apartment, but you need to improve the following: 1. The PIN code is a real problem - having a problem three times in 12 days is too much. 2. Hotline number is a great thing, but you also need to answer WhatsApp calls and messages; 3. The cleanliness of the bathroom is excellent, but the rest of the apartment (kitchen and room) needs to be cleaned a lot more. 4. make sure that the containers for shampoo and soap are filled.

Booking: Very good contact from the very beginning. After booking I received a set of comprehensive instructions regarding quest registration, access to premises and parking. Contact with faciliy via booking.com reservation chat was flawless. I provided reg plates number and got access to parking Apartment: Ver clean and well equipped. I came for a short 1 night stay on our way home from vacation trip. We attived at 10:30pm and all was set for us -> beds made, towels prepared, and the whole aartment was really spotless. Kitchenette equipment and crockery -> all was there. The location is very quiet, convenient, literally 200m from Ubahn station. In case there is no place available alongside the road, there is a huge parking 300meters away for 4,5 Eur a day. All in all -> I can recommend

We had two apartments fost two families with children. The apartments had a large bathroom and a large livingroom with a small but useful and fully equipped kitchinette incl. Dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was very clean. Furniture and appliances were quite new. Communication with the friendly staff was very good - we could even check in earlyer. The garage is 3min away, on the paralell street. Gate closes to the garage over night which is a plus to security of cars. To access the garage you get a QR code. Next to the garage is a BILLA shopping place. At the end of the street is the metro station Seestadt. It is the end of metro line but the trains come every 5 min and they bring you to the city center.

When I travel to Vienna next time, I will choose this apartment again. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee machine, dish machine, etc. The apartment was quiet - we could hear no noises from outside. The garage place was reserved for us and its cost was included in the apartment price. The localisation of the building and garage was given in advance, and the directions were clear, so we had no problem finding the place. The localisation was perfect - in a brand new district, near the lake and 2 minutes from the U-Bahn stop. Connection to the city centre was easy and fast. Lots of sport facilities in the vicinity: basketball and football fields, street-workout, even boulderig place :)

Free parking at the underground garage. Close to the U bahn and Billa. Flat was clean and well equipped.

Unfortunately, thanks to the possibility of free swimming in the local lake, the neighborhood was full of groups of aggressive and noisy immigrant teenagers.So it was not a safe environment for the family. But that's not the apartment's fault.

We stayed here for 3 days and everything was great. The rooms were extremely clean and provided everything we needed. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it can be easily reached by metro, which departs very close by. Having a supermarket nearby is also a plus. In addition, you can quickly reach the relevant people when you have any needs, and they will fulfill your requests as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

We liked everything in this apartment. Very clean, comfortable bed and sofa bed, nice little kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, kettle, nespresso coffee machine. Towels, soap/shampoo and hair dryer were also available. Just a few minutes walk from the u-bahn station Seestadt. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and a lift was available which was very handy. We asked if we could check-in a bit earlier and the communication with the staff was very easy over the booking.com app. Great place for a family vacation. 2 supermarkets (Hofer and Billa) very close as well.

We couldn't log into netflix and couldn't find any TV programs in English. We contacted the staff about the netflix log-in/network issue on the second day and they immediately offered to come and fix it. As we only had 1 more night left and were out and about most of the time that day, we kindly declined the offer.

Location, cleanliness.everything is nice except wifi.

WiFi service is very poor. Also, when I complained about wifi in the morning at 09:30 no action was taken and when I called them again at 14:00 they said they will send a technician who arrived at 17:00. But after that also wifi service was not constant. Ultimately my 1 day was lost due to no wifi service. Also mentioned free parking is in park garage which is almost half a kilometre away from the property.

Metro station is 100m from the building, it takes 25-30 minutes to the city center direct line. The store is 5 minute walking distance. Parking is in the building next to you, it's also 3-4 min walking distance and its included in the price. Overall we would come here again.

Maybe you should include frying pan and one more fork because we only had one. Maybe some sugar, solt and oil would be nice to have,and more paper bags for the trash can.
