Our experience at The Apple was pretty great from the start to the end. We were permitted early check-in at a very reasonable price, and the guy who handed over the keys was super friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the old city and many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was upscale but homely and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay there again if we ever head that way.

Ive got to admit. It is the best place to stay! Let me recap into points: 1. My gosh the room so so spacious!!!.. it’s actually a double floor! 2. The staff very friendly!.. contacted me till the very end to cater my needs.. thumbs up!! 3. Its so clean the units..!. The beds so comfy. 4. Bathroom super excellent ! 5. The pool is indoor and with a spectacular view , you dont need to worry about sunlight. 6. Children playground its so huge!. Again no need to worry about sunlight, the kids can even play in the morning and afternoon! 7.. The view that im staying facing sea view, and at night it was a memorable experience when u on top floor and can see the lights whole Malacca!! You guys gotta try it! Never regret I’ve been to Malacca few times occasionally with my family for leisure and this is by far the best place i’ve stayed. Would i come again?. Owh yes, and for sure it ain't last, will definitely book this place again.! To all hotels nearby Malacca, you guys got some real competitor here.. To the management team, keep up the good work! Kudos to everyone.. 👍

Hmm, none that i can think of.. maybe would be nice if we have a spare access keys, cause the key is needed for you to scan the elevator.

THIS MAYB THE LONGEST REVIEW I EVER WROTE At the place i will say ‘this unit is damm great’ I really like this unit. I thought there are only have king bed at attic level. Also have 2 single bed. This unit really big.. the view is very nice and spectacular. Even house simple deco but really nice for me.. the area really secure. Location really near to town. Really easy to parking. And the staff very very very polite and very helpful. I always stay apartment and operator sometime really unkind and so hanky picky. But not like this operator.. really nice e. Easy to check.. easy cheak out. Feel really happy with my stay plus i like the type of duplex apartment. The price alsi reasonalbe and affordable. Plz mainatain this.REALLY RECOMMENDED AND DEFINITELY I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF I COME TO MELAKA

Maybe just put some deco. But just a little deco. King bed also it will be good if use normal king coil bed rather than futon bed.. but is ok for me..

Great location to be based for a family in Malacca - the property is pretty much attached to the Courtyard Marriott which is super helpful for breakfast on one of the days you are there. The apartment was much bigger than expected and great size for our family of four. There were in fact 2 additional spare beds and being on the same floor as the pool was an added bonus (although it's absolutely freezing, even with the hot humid temps of Malaysia) Very much appreciated the coffee and water provided at the beginning of our stay. Really lovely couple of days we had in Malacca with the Apple as home!

Not a lot to be honest. One thing I could suggest is having more than one key for the apartment. It's just annoying when you are a family and guaranteed to need to come back at different times for different things that you can't. Or one parent can't be at the playground whilst the other is in the apartment as there's no way to get back in (pass card needed for doors and lift!) The only other things is having a clothes horse or something to hang wet swimming stuff and towels on. You are definitely going to want to use the pool, and not having a balcony or anywhere to hang the wet stuff is a small improvement that has a big impact when there are four sets of swimming stuff and towels.

- Good value. We got a high floor unit and had unblocked views - Bright and airy. Generally looks clean and well kept - spacious unit that can sleep 6 comfortably. One bedroom with queen bed and bathroom on ground floor and on 2nd floor, another bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. Another 2 single beds on foyer of 2nd floor. - daily housekeeping available upon request

- only 1 pillow per person. pillow was also too high and firm - booked for 6 people, and unit can sleep 6 comfortably, but only have cups and cutlery for 4 people - no microwave or toaster for heating food. no knives - sister saw and killed a cockroach Willing to pay a little extra to have amenities like washing machine and microwave.

Clean and nice place with beautifull view and swimming pool. Close to all good malacca places

Some access spare keys would be nice..

Duplex suite was nice with privacy for 3 of us as there were 2 bedrooms. There's also a bar fridge upstairs with a separate door access. View was wonderful and suite was clean. Shower pressure was good and it was just next door to Courtyard.

Car park entry is not reliable. Despite advance notice, our car plate was not recognized upon entry and we had to keep trying for 15 mins and staff had to keep entering our car plate into the system. Wifi for tv upstairs would not turn on so had to contact staff and get instructions to reboot. A microwave oven would be preferable since there were plates and mugs available.

Very new spacious duplex apartment, clean and comfortable. Very responsive and friendly staffs providing clear instructions via whatsapp prior to arrival and during check in at reception counter. Housekeeping was very fast in providing extra toilet paper rolls despite after hours. St Peter's Catholic Church was just round the corner.

wifi was not working when we checked in, the support staff managed to get the router upstairs workinG but only 5G not 2.4G. The router in the living room was not working hence signal in the bedroom was very weak and no internet connection most of the time. No microwave in the room which is essential if travelling with young children. only one key and access card was provided which is not so convenient. Door was difficult to lock from inside.
