The room and hotel in general were very clean. The beds were comfortable, the free breakfast was great with lots of options and we loved the pool!

If you’re someone who likes to sleep with a fan like I do, then bring your own. Even if it’s a small one just for the noise. The air is controlled by a thermostat in the room and once it’s reached the selected temperature, it turns off. So you do not get that continuous white noise which made it difficult for me to sleep. Also, I felt the staff at check in could have been more hospitable. They weren’t rude. Just expected a more friendly attitude.

I only had breakfast once and had to grab a plate to go, but it was great and much needed before my 4 1/2 hour drive home. I loved size of the room and the flooring and the bathroom... FINALLY (compared to the other hotels in the area that I stayed in) was pretty much perfect, and clean! For now as I visit my son in Syracuse while he goes to school I think I will be sticking with this hotel whether its this location or the one down the road.

Honestly, there was not one thing that disappointed me, which is something I can't say about the other local hotels

Breakfast was tasty, good temperature, and a good variety of choices. Staff personnel was very nice and helpful.

We had barking dogs near our room (3rd floor). Their barking at 4 am wasn't the way I wanted to wake. At checkout, we told this to the person behind the counter. She was very apologetic. She represented your hotel well.

I loved how everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The wifi was strong so I was able to get a lot of work done that night during my stay. The staff and workers were very friendly and welcoming.

The only aspect of the room I was bothered by was the temperature. My family found it really cold and after trying to adjust the thermostat we could only get it to 21 degrees Celsius. It was a little colder than how we normally like it but other than that everything was great.

TEE, was wonderful!

That there was no ice machine on the 4th floor we had to go down to the 1st floor to get some and the outdoor sitting....there were no lights out at the back of building to sit out there and play games!!

The free breakfast was great. The room was clean, and beds were comfy. My family and I were very happy with our stay.

I wish the check out time was noon. We had a bit of a rush getting things packed into the car after breakfast.

Staff was friendly!

There was a homeless person on the side of the building looking in windows. Reported it to the front desk the next morning. There was no one at the desk when I came back in from outside making a phone call to report it to.

Spacious rooms with fold out couches which helped because we have big kids- ages 14-22. Good breakfast area with typical hotel breakfast- waffles, oatmeal, eggs (probably powdered but was fine), muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. One of our rooms was called a “queen suite”- it had 2 queen beds, fold out couch, very large room but not a separate bedroom with a door which my husband was expecting. Bathroom doors in the rooms are sliding barn doors which didn’t feel very “private”- however in the larger queen suite there was another inner (locking) door with the toilet & tub/shower behind it. The normal room didn’t have this- just the “suite.”

pool was just okay according to my kids- I didn’t actually see it. I think it was just smaller than the one at the hotel where we were the previous night. (see above comment about barn doors for the bathrooms)

We stayed at the Carrier Circle location in Dewitt NY. The desk employee, Rome, was wonderful to deal with and warmly greeted you with a big smile every day. All of the employees were top notch and the breakfast was a nice touch,

What I dint care for was that there were no drawers for your clothes in the room. In addition, there was only one common door for the bathroom and closet so if someone was using the bathroom, you could not go into the closest without exposing the person in the bathroom. The printer in the business center didn't work so i could not print my document.
