There was parking on site. Aside from the birds chirping outside in the morning, the location was quiet and peaceful. Our room and the whole property was spotless. The owners, who also live at the property, clearly take great pride in its appearance and they look after it very well. The wifi reception was very good throughout the property. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and very tasty. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are a good selection of restaurants in Stirling Town Centre for evening meals, as well as a large Tesco for groceries. Closer to the property is a pub restaurant but our favourite was an Italian restaurant called Corrierri's Café, which is about half a mile away at Causewayhead.

The location of the property is about a 25 minute walk into Stirling Town Centre. This was fine for us as we like walking and were fully aware of its location before booking. It may not be for everybody, especially if it is raining, but you could always drive or book a taxi.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and has parking. Kevin and Kim were welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and good shower. Liked that there was a dressing table with chair in the room, also chairs and small table. Nice view of the Wallace Monument from the dining room. The breakfast room is on the first floor and breakfast is pre-ordered the evening before. Vegetarian options are available, as is dairy free milk.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. It would be good for the bathroom door to have a hook on it to hang towels. Also for reusable toiletries rather than individual single use soap and body wash (this is a personal preference).

Excellent location just outside the city centre (11 mins by car) with plenty parking. Our hosts were very welcoming and Kevin was very knowledgable about the surrounding area with tips on good places to visit/shop/eat. The property was lovely, well laid out, spotless and cosy. Our room was great, very comfy bed, plenty of storage and a huge bathroom. Nice touches in the room were a large bottle of water and large mugs for that all important cuppa! Breakfast was lovely and cooked just how we wanted it. I would recommend a stay here and my sister and I will definitely return.

We liked everything!

We were quickly shown to our room that was immaculately clean and spacious. The ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower, was exceptional. The owners operate a very tight ship and breakfast was no exception. A perfect dining experience with view from elevated lounge across fields. Bumped into Kevin coming back from local restaurant (Birds and Bees) and he was quick to say hello. Both he and his wife are very friendly and would loved to have stayed longer. Parking is on the front drive. Location is very quiet.

Nothing. Some may find the 4pm earliest check a little unusual, but we were aware so planned our journey accordingly.

Kevin and Kim are excellent hosts. The house is very quaint and on a quiet street across from a green field. The house is decorated very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern with a nice large shower. There is a parking space for your car. An award winning restaurant-BIRDS and BEES is just a few steps away. We had the best lamb shanks in Scotland there. Kevin makes an excellent breakfast and is eager to make sure his guests are well taken care of. DR. Monte & Connie

The place is super quiet, yet very close to one of the most interesting attractions in Stirling, the Wallace monument. It is a 40 minute walk into town, but as we came by car we benefit with the free parking and used the car for visiting the area. It is also 2 minutes walk from a super nice restaurant, for which the B&B gave us a voucher for a 10% discount. Very appreciated! The room was exquisite with lots of room, light and air. Also the breakfast was very good - large portions and well prepared food. Owners were very nice, super helpful and communicative.

The only minor thing that I want to refer is that the check-in is just until 8 pm. Our flight was late and we arrived just in time (and to be honest, the owners also were available to wait for us until 8.30). Anyway, I would only suggest to better underline this issue in the premises or warn the guests by a message days before the arrival in order to avoid bad surprises.

Kim and Kevin were delightful. They made a real effort to get to know each one of their guests personally. The breakfast was incredible - large portions and made with love. The room was exquisite with lots of room, light and air - exactly as photographed. It is a 40 minute walk into town which is really easy. We stayed for two nights and it is a great value for money! This was the best BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you so much!!

I loved the location—the beautiful open field in front of the B&B was quiet and clean. The breakfast they served kept us full until dinner. Kevin and Kim were so knowledgeable. They were also friendly and easy to talk with. The beds were comfortable, and you could see the National William Wallace monument from our bedroom window. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see.

Everything!!! Kevin greeted us at the door and showed us to our room. He also informed us when breakfast was served and gave us a great selection to choose from. He suggested a restaurant within walking distance and offered to book us a reservation if we decided to go there. The room was immaculate, and the bath was amazing!! Solid 10 out of 10, highly recommend Kim and Kevin's bed and breakfast 👌

We have zero dislikes. Everything about our stay was amazing!!! Best accommodation, bar none.

What's not to love about this place? The location is great, the room was wonderful, and the hosts were so friendly. We stayed here our first night in Scotland and the area was so beautiful. Kevin and Kim were great hosts and they made us reservations at the restaurant down the street. (You must eat there if you stay here!) We had a room for three and it was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. The bathroom was big. We regretted that we only had one night here.

I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like.
