The hotel was within walking distance of Chatswood train station, making it easy to travel to the City without having to drive. Chatswood Westfield Mall and plenty of food options were available. 2 rooms and the lounge were spacious and comfortable. Shower cubicle had mould marks on the grouts, but overall cleanliness was good.

There was a strong odor in the car park, likely from the dumpsters, and from time to time, the smell filled the lifts as well.

Excellent location, wonderful helpful staff and lovely rooms. So convenient and close to everything you need (and more), rooms were spacious with room for the additional bed. Nothing was too hard or an issue for the helpful, friendly staff and the complimentary coffee cart in the foyer in the morning was a really nice touch. Exceeded expectations, especially for family of 5 when it sometimes can be harder to find family friendly accommodation.

Wish there was a way (QR code to an app for an example) to request room service/assistance etc without having to go downstairs to reception if you needed something like an extra towel or coffee pod.

The property is in the center of Chatswood, so it was easy to get the metro or train to Sydney itself. It is also close to two malls, both of which have a supermarket and other useful shops. The apartment was well laid out and well-equipped with plates, pots, utensils, etc.

We had asked for a quiet room, since we had read reviews of the property written by people whose rooms were near the elevators, which they found very noisy. While we assigned a room away from the elevators, we weren't told that major construction (actually, destruction) was going on at the mall across the street. It was extremely noisy 6 days a week, from 7am until 8pm (until 9pm on Friday). If you need quiet, make sure that your room is nowhere near the mall (Chatswood Chase).

Location was great - close to a lot of food places. The room was also really spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The lighting in the room was quite dark, and kitchen lacked a lot of tools and utensils. There was no frying pan, no scissors. The complimentary coffee pods in the room were also not coffee - they were all chocolates. It would’ve been nice to have coffee pods in the room because the complimentary coffee at the lobby/reception has specific windows. The barista at the complimentary coffee stand at the reception could smile sometimes and look a little friendly. They always look like they don’t want to serve guests.

General cleanliness of the room. Air conditioner works very well, amenities - coffee capsule machine and choice of coffee pods refilled each day, few capsules of milk in the fridge refilled each day, general cutlery, crockery, pots etc, washing detergent and drying towels, washing liquid detergent for laundry provided (having in room washing machine and dryer is a great plus esp for longer trips. Paid parking was easy, proximity of all sorts of shops and eateries, and walking distance to the Chatswood Interchange make this location really handy.

The TV default sound level was very loud, each time it is turned on, the volume preset very loud.

Great and polite receptionist. Near to library, and Shopping centre (Westfield). The clean and almost great rooms. Pretty much good overlook to city.

This hotel offers complimentary coffee in front of the reception area in the morning. However, the staff member serving the coffee was not polite. While waiting in line, I noticed that she didn’t respond when guests greeted her and instead asked, "What do you want?" in an unfriendly manner. Meanwhile, I observed her happily chatting with customers of seems the same nationality as her. Meanwhile, I think the settings for this service is not suitable and you are in front of door entry as well.

We have a 2 bed rooms apartment which is spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The apartment is quiet. The location is very good. Westfield - the shopping centre is closed and many restaurants are surrounding. Take only 9 minutes to Chatswood interwood for public transport. It is very convenience. Will come to this apartment if visit Sydney again.

The drying function of the washing machine is not strong enough. We need to hang up our clothes after washing.

Great location, helpful staff, and great sized apartment for our family. Loved the free coffee and banana bread in the reception each morning. There were so many amazing Asian restaurants all around the hotel, including the food court in the mall.

The hotel was great. If there was a gym or pool, it would be even better, and a way to get the very steamy bathrooms to dry out more efficiently. Microwave needs some instructions and the powerpoints are not in ideal places for quick device charging.

I do not appreciate paying $200 deposit and not getting the money back for several days. Not acceptable to me. Money should be returned immediately on departure or interest paid at overdraft rate. Until this policy changes I will not stay there again

It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We didn't notice any noise from other apartments - so it was a lovely quiet stay too! We enjoyed the location as it was very close to the train and bus stations. We were able to find places to eat and shop very easily.

The kitchen sink plug had been intentionally disabled to prevent flooding - which made it hard to wash just the very few dishes we used. There is a dishwasher - just a bit crazy to run for very few dishes. Some instructions on how to use the microwave/convection oven would have been helpful. A little more bench space would have been great - but not sure how you could change this! However - all minor inconveniences.
