Room, staff, breakfast, was excellent.

I was VERY disappointed upon arriving. I had to pull into a small "unloading area" (which was full because it only held a space for 3 or 4 cars at a time) ,grab a luggage cart, unload luggage, get in line to check in, get information on parking -which I would need to hurry up and bring my luggage up to the room, unload, then hurry down to move my car out of the "unloading area" to park around the corner with paper instructions on how to enter the parking lot. I felt the hotel should assure SOMEONE be there to assist in the process of bringing a cart and unloading and watching your cart until you returned from parking. Most travel from long distance's and are TIRED. Having someone there should be a MUST!

Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Parking. Booking dot com stated parking was 10 dollars a night in hard to find small print. Actual cost was twice that $20. Not included in pricing.

The suite exceeded our expectations. The Oceanside view was spectacular, and the food in the bar downstairs was quality and delicious

Too many dogs in this hotel. I might have passed on staying here because I have allergies to animals. Other guess smoked weed on their balcony which blew over into my room the entire time I was there. Paying for off sight parking was the worst part.

Location was the main reason we chose to stay here, Oceanfront Balcony room. Loved the view of Boardwalk and Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice touch.

We stayed for7 nights, and was told housekeeping would clean on 3rd day and 5th day. They only cleaned the room once on the 4th day, after I had to ask again at hotel desk. If you are staying for a week, the rooms should be cleaned every 2 days. I had to ask for towels, and toilet paper twice as we did not have enough to last Also the gargage bins were full, I used my own plastic bags to keep things tidy in our room.

All is true, beautiful hospitality and wonderful breakfast and Broadway Grill restaurant and some other restaurants near around the hotel is excellent and walking Broadway. I enjoyed relaxing and viewing the front ocean while high-rise, where I stayed, hotel us, the best view front porch. Thank you for the best choice, and I will come back again this fall.

One thing pool is not too quiet because too many kids use in the pool while other elders or adults do not have a chance to swin in the pool. I wish another pool for the top roof area of relaxing and enjoying a quiet atmosphere.

The room was fantastic. It was very large and comfortable. The view was fantastic. The staff at your hotel were incredible. I especially want to commend Jimmy Gutierrez, Delilah and Mia for their help in sending me the chromebook that my daughter left in our room. That was my daughter's school computer--without it she would have been in significant trouble academically. Thank you so much for hiring such honest and helpful people at Hyatt! We sincerely appreciate their help!

The water for the shower was a little cooler than what I like. I recommend increasing the water temperature.

Staff amazing, room beautiful, price only expensive because I booked last minute. I definitely had the best room on my floor and the best view of the beach. It was true paradise and I would go back. The hotel is conveniently next to everything from pools, restaurants and the Neptune. I left my suitcase there by accident and after I called and described the details of the case they sent it to me with given instructions and I lived a good 3 hrs away.

The breakfast is not great unfortunately but it's included.

Breakfast was great but it was the exact same each day, it was hot and fresh! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Ocean view from any room would be gorgeous! Bathrooms were clean and large. Rooms were a pretty dusty in spots (like thick layer on lamp) but otherwise appeared very clean. Dog friendly & loved petting all the puppies 🐶 Location is perfect to be on boardwalk & few steps away from beach shops & boutiques 📍🛍

Nothing crazy I couldn't get over but, the balconies do not offer total privacy from neighbors & the coffee is very weak at breakfast..

The breakfast staff continued working at a fast pace throughout our stay to keep the food fresh and hot. They kept the dining area; as well, as the food area pristine. My compliments to Denise and all the hardworking staff! The front desk staff were also helpful in solving any of my concerns pleasantly. TY for the dog-friendly atmosphere for my pooch!❤️ Looking forward to returning!

The rate is high, everybody knows it. Other than that, this is a well-run hotel and attached restaurant.

The hotel was extremely pet friendly, which we really appreciated since we traveled with our dog. They made it easy to accommodate our pet, as well as left treats out in the lobby which our dog really loved. Breakfast was also delicious - better than a restaurant up the street we checked out.

The entrance way for cars to pull in to unload and load their luggage is extremely small and difficult to navigate if there are a lot of people checking in at the same time. It was like playing a game of tetris with the cars while trying to unload.
