Room and location was very clean and comfortable for the price. Right across the street from the beach. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay again

I really don't have any complaints. Just the first night the neighbors kept slamming doors and arguing but the staff was right on it. Thanks to the staff.

Pool was great,room was right across the street from the beach,hotel is in great location for shopping and breakfast was decent.

Location and price are pretty decent if you want to be on the oceanfront.

Breakfast area is a little too small for the amount of people staying there. Hard to find seating and long wait to make a waffle.

The customer service was awesome. I can't remember the gentleman's name that checked me in, but he was extremely personable and attentive. The room was a little dated, but I wasn't expecting anything lavish because of what I paid. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking was a little rough. I was able to find spots the nights I was there, but you had to circle the entire lot to find one. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again, it was just a little nerve wracking to leave in the evening and not know if when you got back to the hotel, if you were going to be able to find a spot.

I had a spacious room to myself. The bonus was that I could see the ocean. The downside was that it was next to the elevator. I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff. There was a daily breakfast. The breakfast room was a nice size and looked clean. I only grabbed coffee. I did not request turn-down service, and no one knocked on my door in the morning. I left an item in the room upon checkout. Luckily, I went to the beach. I called the hotel four hours later to see if it was turned in. I was told the room had not been cleaned. I stopped by the hotel before driving home. Wendy from housekeeping said she found it and submitted it to the front desk. I was so surprised and delighted. Also, the hotel is one street away from the beach. I highly recommod this hotel.

My room was next to the elevator so that it could be loud. One of the floors in the elevator seemed unsafe.

I book hotels for the pool. I've stayed here @5× and so far it's been amazing. its consistently super clean quiet and the staff are on top of every need my only complaint (each time) is the breakfast. If they fixed that, it would be perfect.

The complimentary breakfast. same lady each time. she always seems put out. It would be so easy to make the breakfast match the rest of the hotel. the area is dirty, the few hit foods are empty or look like they've been there too long. bagels and bread are stale. condiments are great, waffles are yummy and the coffee is good. but it's not worth the "free" price tag. I don't like " attitude" first thing in the morning.

Very pleased with my 1 night stay here. right across the street to the beach entrance. Arrived early and was permitted to still park in the lot with no fear of car getting towed, and was given a pool pass to enjoy pool until check in. Friendly, personable front desk staff. Room was nice, clean etc. Free breakfast was awesome! was not expecting the spread laid out that was considered "continental". Absolutely delicious with nice variety to include eggs, sausage, waffle maker, delicious coffee. Will definitely be staying here again.

can't think of anything that i consider annoying

The room was very good. Loved the fact that there were chairs outside the room so that there was an option to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also liked that there were snack huts on the property. the location was perfect because it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The bathroom wasn't up to par. the tub looked dirty even after the staff cleaned it. the water didn't drain when taking a shower. It wasn't sanitary.

Very close to the beach, amazing view from the balcony, great pool area, great choice at breakfast, nice and helpful stuff, very good air conditioner and not super loud, bed is comfortable.

There are a number of things and some of them I mentioned to the front desk. Bathtub had a hole so water got in between layers so when you step inside it feels soft and bubbly. The faucet was dripping, no big deal though didn’t bother me. The pillows felt like stone but still usable. My entire stay someone was arguing day and night starting from 4 am and so on. Never stopping so not sure if that should be addressed to the management but it was impossible to sleep. Also some people closing the doors so loud that the entire floor moves. Had issues with the door keys pretty much every day, the stuff was super helpful though.

I love that I arrived around 20min ahead of check-in, and they went ahead and checked us in. We are pretty easy in terms of our needs, so we don't need room service while there. It was very nice to have staff ask if we needed anything when they saw us out. There was an incident with another patron who was drunk and throwing items from his balcony into the pool. This became a safety issue as people were trying to swim. Staff promptly answered the phone and resolved the issue. We have stayed at this property multiple.times over the last decade or so, and always have a great time.

The literal only thing I would mention is the pool care. There is not alot of cleaning of the pool between Monday and Thursday. Fortunately we prefer the ocean and beach to pool lounging.
