Very nice & clean. We asked for a room w/ handicapped facilities (grab bars in shower), & not only did we get that, but the room was right next to the elevator & the ice machine! Really liked the full-size fridge, that actually worked! Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was about what you see at most places, I did really like the taco-shaped omelettes. Lots of seating for breakfast, & it was available from 6 am - 10 am, which is a longer time than most places. Very convenient location, right on the Central Ave. Metro line.

The couch was more comfortable than in most Home2's that I've stayed in, but in my experience Home2 isn't known for the most comfortable furniture (certainly not the staff's fault). A pillow from the bed put behind my back made it much more comfortable. The main entrance is not on Central Ave., it's around back - the sign identifying the hotel is small, & low to the ground (easily blocked by parked cars), & we drove right past the entrance. That may be because of city zoning requirements, so I don't think the staff can do much about that. The Metro trains coming down the street are loud, & they run well past midnight - next time I'll ask for a room on the back side of the hotel.

The location is great! It’s close to just about anything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us - we loved that there were a total of 3 beds & that there was a kitchen. The free breakfast every day was a nice perk as well. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phx.

The first night can be a little difficult if your room is on the east side (facing the avenue) because of the lightrail's noise. After the first night, you get used to it.

The breakfast had frozen reheated omelets that weren’t very good. The pancake maker was cute but took way too long a couple of waffle makers would be better.

Breakfast was really good. It would have been perfect with a gluten-free bread/baked goods option. Some of my family members are gluten-free and dairy-free for health issues. Otherwise, lots of really nice options.

Breakfast was good - the rooms were quiet and spacey - very comfortable - slept great! We had a car so did not walk much around the neighborhood.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were not tasty, not fresh eggs anyway.
