The room was nice, neat and clean. The staff were also very supportive. The owner Nicholas was available even after midnight and was very helpful. The location is very central as well however for a taxi you need to walk to the main road. There were no mugs or iron in the room which we had to ask for but were later delivered to us. They had an elevator as well which helped us take the luggage to the 2nd floor. Room service staff was also very polite and helpful. Great stay, great people.

Its apparent that the best days of this hostal are over, however the room was clean, the blinds were working and there was fridge and microvawe in the room. You can find private parking garage really just around the corner and the hostal provides discount.

It has certainly seen better days and it smelled a little bit of desinfection.

The Hostal Ariola is in a good location, not far from the train station and not far from the old town and Cathedral. It’s on a quiet side street and conveniently close to cafes. The room was basic, but comfortable with lots of storage, good Wi-Fi and Greta shower.

I arrive very early prior to check on time, but staff took my luggage to storage and provided me with the keys to my room. The hotel location was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Reception works only from 10am to 4pm. I had no problem with it but some people may find some difficulties. Also, not all staff speaks English.

Fantastic value for money, great large Room with a fridge and microwave, really clean and so near to bars and restaurants, only downside was the internet was not good in our room, could get it downstairs in the foyer, reported it so hopefully they could sort it, definitely use this place again

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is very convenient: in the city centre but windows are facing the inner yard so it was quiet. Staff is very helpful.

We stayed in Hostal Arriola in February and it was rather cold inside the room. We used airco for heating it up but it took a while. Consider bringing warm pijamas if you are going to stay in winter time ;)

Excellent location, big room, very clean and comfortable. Reception was friendly and looked after our luggage early before check-in, which was appreciated.

Can't think of anything negative, it was all good and would like to stay again.

Very good location short walking distance to almost everything, including the C30 and C32 buss stop to Alhambra. Clean, big fridge, good bathroom, paid parking nearby and good coffee shop across for breakfast.

The double bed is too narrow, just 140cm which is quite uncomfortable. Same good coffee shop is very crowded at nights thus noisy. Sleeping without earplugs might be difficult.

The facilities were simple but good enough for a short stay. Good location.

Probably a bit pricey for what it is but still within a reasonable price range. Also did not understand how the heating system works.

the bathroom for my room was not cleaned before I arrived and when I took a shower the 2nd night I was there I discovered empty open soap containers in the shower soap holder, so the shower had not been cleaned for 2 days. while the sheets were smooth, they didn’t make a good impression.
