Great location in Central London. Gorgeous reception, bar and restaurant area. Good food and drinks. The room we booked was windowless and small but prefect for what we needed (essentially somewhere decent to get our head down for a night).

Amazing interiors. Such a stunning hotel and the brand theme intertwined throughout the hotel harmoniously from the lobby to the bar to the breakfast room to the rooms and everywhere in between. The staff were pleasant and always passed with a smile and a hello, which was always pleasant to be around. Instead of us asking for a room clean we got a drinks voucher which is such a great incentive to keep costs down for the hotel, lower emissions of cleaning more fabrics. Hats off for that one. The outdoor courtyard is my standout feature though. Sitting have a coffee and starting on a few emails in the sun before the day gets going was such a pleasant way to begin.

We were missing a towel so shared one as a couple but that may have just been oversight which we weren’t fussed about. TV didn’t work which normally I’d not watch but we wanted an early night to kick back and stick something on which was unfortunate. I think for the price paid I’d have expected breakfast included which is the other point that despite being a stunning hotel having an inside windowless room at the price paid the value for money was maybe on a knife edge of being a little steep.

Beautiful quirky interior. Chilled calm vibes. Nice touch with the free drink voucher. Made us sit in the lounge/bar area longer than we’d planned to drinking cocktails and eating snacks 😊 Cool little Marshall speaker in the bedroom which my daughter absolutely loved playing her music through. This is a really cool hotel. We loved our stay

Wasn’t keen on the glass bathroom. Especially as I was sharing with my daughter who feel very self conscious. If the bathrooms were a bit bigger and more private then one of us could’ve got changed in the bathroom while one got changed in the bedroom. But that was only a minor inconvenience

Room is modern, clean and comfy. Showers are really nice. The room is perfect for couples on a short stay. There are wardrobes to store some items to keep room. The lighting is nice and the AC was nice and chilly on a hot london day. There are tonnes of nice restaurants and bars nearby and the tube is only a 10 minute walk. VERY well connected to all major airports via the Elizabeth Line and other tubes. 1 stop from kings cross station.

The bar is a little pricy, but the drinks are nice and we were treated to some olives and bread which was nice. Sometimes it felt that the bar staff were short staffed.

Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly upon arrival. Our room was ready early which was great and it was very clean. Shower and toiletries were wonderful. Bed was beyond comfy, pillows, duvet and sheet made it like a cloud. The cocktails in the courtyard were made to our preference and were delicious. Breakfast was unreal, so many options and great food and coffee. Check out was easy too.

There was a noise in the pipes all night that did keep us up sadly and in the morning when we went to the galley on our floor to make coffee there were no cups for us to use.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Every single person was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great location and a nice safe area close to the underground and very convenient. The breakfast was really appealing and there was a big variety. The coffee was outstanding and expresso drinks are included in the breakfast price. There is a nice work space or just gathering space near courtyard.

The only draw back are smallish rooms, and a bathroom that doesn’t provide much privacy. But it is very well appointed and you can work around the small space.

Really nice stay at the Ruby Stella Hotel in London. The room was really cosy and clean - everything was perfect. A common room is also available and you can make yourself a tea there without any extra charge. The breakfast was delicious and you can always order what you’d like to drink (cappuccino, latte etc.) The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. I had a fantastic time! Thank you.

It’s quite expensive - but then again, it’s London. So considering that the location of the hotel is quite central, it’s fine.

Location was great - on a quiet road just off the busy main route. Easy walk from Farringdon station. Welcome warm, check in slick. Room very cool on an v hot day and beautifully clean. Clever, space saving room layout. Loved the way the history of the area/building has been used to create the cosy bar area. Breakfast in the shady courtyard was very good - great selection, beautifully laid out.

There’s not much we didn’t like - maybe the way the smoke alarm flashed on the ceiling all night! Felt like a camera flash going off!

Nice hotel. During the check-in, they asked you if you want your room to be clean daily. If you say no, they offer you a free drink at the bar. Breakfast is the dream for healthy people, but I honestly missed a traditional English Breakfast.

They don't have a kettle in the room. There is like a common area with tea and coffee on each floor. However, the hot water is not hot enough for a proper cup of tea. Also, in that area, they have a vending machine with water (4£), dental kits (3£) and shaving kits, things that you would expect to be complementary for the price of the room.
