Great location. Room was lovely as was bathroom. Walked to Portside for dinner. They provided free morning shuttle to the airport for my flight. The reason I booked it. Very happy would book again.

Only downside was the construction on the ground level but it will provide a restaurant which would be a bonus next time. I arrived at 3pm and checked out at 7.30 am so not too noisy. If staying there longer or in the room during work hours could be quite noisy. My only complaint but realise you have to go thru this to build the restaurant and bar. Will book again after it is complete!!

Well-located motel for airport or Portside restaurants, cinema etc. Attractive refurbishment, however despite the new shutters the rooms that overlook the brightly-lit car park still need blockout curtains. Shutters allowed too much light in and we had a sleepless night. Many folk who book a motel in this area are country dwellers heading to the airport early next day and are used to darker skies and often arise at first light so rooms that allow too much light in make us think it’s time to get up, not sleep. Loved the new bathrooms though.

Only issue is too much light through shutters from rooms overlooking bright car park.

This motel is the perfect place to stay if you have a flight in the morning. The owners are charming and very helpful. They gave us great recommendations on what to do for the afternoon when we arrived and how to get around easily by public transport from the motel to the city and back. We were able to take the first shuttle out to the airport in the morning which made us save on a taxi as well. The room is cozy and clean.

It’s under renovation in the public places, but it doesn’t affect the rooms. The only negative thing is the walls are thin so if the people in the room next door are talking and laughing all night (like our neighbours when we stayed), you might not be able to sleep.

Good location for easy access to city, airport, cruise ship terminal, numerous eateries and Woolies. Small and intermate property currently being renovated including double glazing which cuts out traffic noise. The lift to access upper floors is a bonus, as it eliminates the hauling of heavy luggage upstairs, as is the case with other properties nearby. Late night check in was quick and simple. Management and staff super friendly and helpful. Tried similar establishments in the locality over the years, but KSM is the best by far.

Recently refurbished and they have done a good job, although works are still in progress and parking reduced, however we came in exceptionally late and did find a spot. Good location for airport and Portside Wharf facilities. Walk to restaurants etc. Welcome from Helen on reception was delightful. Little extras in the room made us feel welcome. Great blackout curtains meant a good night's sleep, especially quiet in the rooms to the back of the property. Will stay again.

Parking a little tight at present due to ongoing refurbishment works. All else excellent.

Motel location within15 mins of airport yet close to river and across road from good food etc is excellent- and despite being on a main road my room was quiet. Close to perfection in extraordinarily crisp and well though through presentation quality- I'm thinking room especially since that's what counts most, but all aspects, including all written msg comms, the signs in motel, and after hours check in. Extremely high focus on consideration of the client. I appreciated a sense of professional welcoming and helpful warmth.

These are minor. a muffled sneeze at some point ! unexpected but not disturbing. If i were staying longer i would expect a microwave in my motel room. Other rooms may have them. Nothing else

The staff were really friendly and gave us lots of info about what was around. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed the night before we went on a cruise and it was a great location to be close to the airport and the port. Also, being walking distance to restaurants was good.

The hotel was under construction and as such it was bit untidy around the entrance and in the foyer, but they were apologetic. I'm sure it'll be great once the construction is done on the restaurant.

Helen and Cam (owners) were amazing, so helpful with advice and the shuttle to get us to the ferry port for our trip to tangalooma. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We used the hireable scooters to get down and back from the city cat warf but it’s only a 10 min walk. The aircon in the room was great.

Bathroom was one of the older versions but they are currently having renovations to upgrade them all. Still it was clean and fine and a nice powerful shower and lovely complementary products provided.

The hospitality and caring environment are next to none. The bedding is to my liking, the rooms are comfortable for work or play :) also the welcome drink is greatly appreciated by me. The location is also excellent for my needs with close by eating venues.

At this stage there isn't anything not to like. The family environment meets all requirements of home away from home also the offer of airport transport is a plus. The noise factor is also a minimum so no complaints from me :)

This was our second overnight stay here, and we were again very impressed. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge, kettle and the little biscuit and chocolate was a nice touch. There is secure parking on site with good access to an elevator. The late check-in process is very easy to follow. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
