The breakfast was just a good effort. You gotta do better.

Finding out at home, on the emailed bill a $36 charge for 2 days parking. Felt like extortion, which should've been CLEARLY STATED as part of the choice of hotels. The Parking was plentiful, why should quest pay?

Our suite was spacious and clean. The kitchen appliances were great and it had all the necessary essentials such as towels and dishes. During our short stay we used all of them. We enjoyed the separate bedroom and tv, also. The suite was like a an apartment.

It appeared more staff were needed to prepare breakfast. Either you ran out of food or it took too long to make more bacon, sausage, and potatoes. I was disappointed to not get a warm breakfast as expected but the muffin and coffee I had were good. Fortunately, my family was able to eat a warm breakfast. Perhaps you could add a skin moisturizer lotion dispenser to the bathroom.

Becky and Dusty went out of their way to fix the multiple issues that came up during my stay. Top notch, A1 staff. First issue tub would not stopper/could not take bath. And, shower spewing/dripping water when tub running. 2nd issue no maintenance staff available. Dusty tried to fix and found an alternate room. The alternate room had the same issue. Becky tried to fix but could not. Both were very professional/kept in contact to keep me informed. A maintenance person arrived. He had the needed part. I waited 30+ minutes in my robe. He did not show. I had to call to follow up. He was found/sent to the room. The issue was fixed. Third issue I returned to my room the next day at 6:00 pm. The room was not serviced — wet towels on the bathroom floor, bed unmade, garbage cans full, dishes in the sink, supplies unreplenished… I was told I needed to inform staff that I wanted my room cleaned. No mention of this was made at check in and there is no signage in the rooms with that information. Housekeeping was gone for the day. Becky brought a full set of towels and removed the dirty ones. I was not happy that the room was not cleaned but did appreciate that service I was given to partially meet my needs. Becky even assisted me with my late check out request. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Rooms a bit dated but spacious. Parking was decent, self Park, at own risk for $19 a night. Breakfast was adequate with a helpful staff person maintaining the area. The neighborhood was urban but appeared safe during daylight hours. I would return to this hotel for the customer experience alone.

No maintenance when needed. Shower dripped, a lot. Tub could not be used. No housekeeping when needed. Room not cleaned. No communication about how to get room cleaned daily until I called the front desk questioning lack of towels, bed change etc.

Breakfast was amazing there was always food it was never empty no matter what time you came for breakfast and there was a wide variety so that was really nice you didn't have to eat the same thing everyday if you had a longer stay

Parking pay I've never had to pay for parking where I live so that was kind of thrown in my face at last minute when I got there because it didn't say anything about it when I booked the hotel

The location was perfect for walking to our event. The breakfast bar options were great. The parking was super easy. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The only thing my husband didn't really like was all the noise from the sirens due to the distance of the hotel from Nationwide Children's, but he said that's on him for not bringing his ear plugs.

I have one word...BRAVO!! You did it! an excellent stay at the price level I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was perfectly clean. and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I was there on the day we changed the clocks back and when the staff noticed guests were running late, they extended breakfast with all new hot items. Truly can't say enough about how pleased I was!!!

the ONLY thing I can say is i didnt like paying to park my car on property.....that's it!

The beds are smaller than king size and not ideal for two people. The location is a bit off the mark when visiting campus. Nothing is ideally in walking distance.

Location is super convenient, very walkable to attractions in the area (Short North, German Village, Downtown, Art Museum and COSI). There is conveniently a McDonald's across the street in case you oversleep breakfast. Speaking of which, breakfast is surprisingly good! They have a waffle station plus toppings, three choices of cereal ranked from healthiest to sugariest, oatmeal, fruit, breads and spreads, mini muffins, milks, yogurts, coffee and tea, and my favourite - individually packed and heatable egg based brekkies (cheesy egg, pepper and sausage bowl, various animal-based sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches) which are easy to heat up in their dedicated ovens. There is a fitness center with dumbbells, medicine balls, cable weights and elliptical/ recumbent bike/ treadmills and a TV. I would get a workout in and fill up my bottle with that sweet sweet dispenser water. The rooms are also quite nice, and clearly meant for people doing longer term stays. I loved having a full sized fridge and freezer, kitchen sink and microwave! And dishwasher, cutlery and dishes as well. You also have the option of asking front desk for a hot plate and skillet if you wanted to cook that way. We had a really good deal on the rooms and would definitely stay here again if we're in the city! Oh and of course - there's free wifi available and some computers available for use in the common area, as well as TVs and a children's area. Oh and the staff are super friendly and nice!

The facility was exceptionally clean. I tuly appreciated the complimentary apples and H2O. The television channel selection was awesome. The breakfast was so much more than typical Continental, so much variety. I give kudos to Bekah and Eugene, they were so welcoming and accommodating and always with a sincere smile. I appreciated each one of them so much!

I would've enjoyed a pool at the property or a hot tub.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed Jesse was super helpful at the front desk and it was a great stay! I wish there would have been more bars/restaurants in walking distance. We did walk to an awesome Mexican place called El Camino Inn. Some of the best margaritas and tacos I have ever had!

Didn’t have a pool
