A truly unique hotel, excellent location to walk and take in all of Pittsburgh’s sights on the way over the bridge to Acrisure Stadium to watch the Steelers!The staff is genuine, and friendly, and the extras with the breakfast and supper are huge value. Brie at check-in and Toni at the 5:30 unwind supper are absolutely outstanding!

Not a thing. There is tons of seating, rooftop, and all amenities - we wished we had more time to enjoy this incredible hotel.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were going to miss breakfast but were told we could get a complimentary evening meal and a couple of drinks (first one free and another two for a dollar each) should we require them. The room itself was wonderful. It was massive with two queen sized beds and loads of space to move around. There was a fridge and microwave. There was also free wifi and the tv had a large variety of channels available. The bathroom was very clean and functional. And then there was those beds! So very comfortable and I'm sure we had clouds for pillows! Absolutely wondeful stay. And for those travelling into/out of the city by bus, the Greyhound station is two minutes away. I shall certainly reccommend it to my friends.

There was nothing about this proiperty that we didn't like. The whole stay was brilliant.

I've booked many hotels all over the world through Booking.com but perhaps the reception staff of this hotel has been the most friendly, helpful and kind. Thanks to the reception staff, my stay in Pittsburgh was extremely pleasant.

The hotel is old and needs some maintenance. The quality of breakfast is acceptable but the evening meals are generally fatty and unhealthy (but free). The swimming pool was much smaller than I expected, so I did not use it. Neither amenities nor a safe in the room. The shower was very basic with a weathered plastic curtain. Low water pressure.

From the time of walking in. Heather was helping some upset guest at the counter. While they were resolving she helped the next guest on the next computer to keep the line moving. She seen we travelled with 2 kids. Gave us a nice corner suite. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet. Saved our family $60+ going out to dinner and driving per meal. Love the atmosphere and happiness. I learned it is family owned and I love supporting small business. Brie surprised us and comped our valet parking next morning after educating me on the history of Drury. From now on Drury will be our first to look and book option

We booked a family suite, and the room was huge. Extremely friendly and responsive staff who quickly addressed concerns. Good breakfast spread with waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal, breads, etc. Location is pretty central downtown with access to the subway about a block away.

I don't really know what they could do about it, but the drive-up area for valet parking is pretty cramped and could be difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle. You have to make a tight U-turn after turning in to the property to drop your car off. Elevators could be a little confusing with freight right next to the normal ones.

We have stayed in Drury hotels in the past and looked forward to being at the hotel in Pittsburgh. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which proved to be a great idea. The hot breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options. The Kick-Back was nice, too. All of the staff with whom we interacted was wonderful -- reception, dining room, maintenance. We particularly enjoyed conversations with Heather. She was an absolute delight. I so love that several Drury hotels are refits of very interesting buildings. This one had been the Federal Reserve. The retrofitted safes in the basement as meeting rooms was inspired!

Nothing really. We were, however, traveling with someone who has many food allergies, particularly dairy and tomatoes. Kick Back options were a bit limited for her.

Everything about the Drury was wonderful and actually way nicer than I expected. The staff was amazing and incredibly friendly and accommodating. We did not have a great experience with the valet but the Drury staff made every effort to help alleviate our frustrations and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be staying at the Drury again for our annual Pittsburgh trips.

Third party valet service was really bad. We arrived on Friday morning and told the girl that created our ticket that we would be leaving at 3am on Sunday to catch an early flight. She told us it was no problem and they would keep the car in the top lot so it would be quick for us on Sunday morning. When Sunday rolled around, the car was not in the upper lot and after 30 minutes of waiting for the car, the amazing staff at the Drury started to track down the attendant. Come to find out he was sleeping in one of the cars. After 45 minutes, we were on our way to the airport for a buzzer beater through security. If anything, this is definitely something to focus on improving.

Loved that they offered free breakfast and dinner as well as free popcorn and fountain drinks between 4pm and 8pm. We went for a concert at PPG Paints and was great walking distance. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It was busy due to the concert but rooms were very quite. My mom was there for the free dinner and said it was excellent and had a great selection. We had breakfast the next morning and once again it was delicious with a great selection. The staff was amazing and friendly! We arrived early before our room was ready and the lady working the front desk was so helpful on directing us to places to eat and directions to walk to the arena.

I have no bad comments. Everything was wonderful

I liked breakfast they have the same breakfast everyday but there are enough of a variety that you won't get bored. My favorite is the waffles!! The staff was very helpful and friendly and very kind and willing to help. I am disabled and the room was accessible for me and my wheelchair.

The room was a little small for three adults. We had a king size bed with a rollaway. They charge for the rollaway per night I think like $10. We had to bring out 6 month old kitten with us and the price per night is $57 with tax and we stayed 4 nights. That was really expensive and the hotel was already over a thousand dollars without that extra charge.

The hotel is very centrally located. It has a generous free breakfast and happy hour dinner and drink special every night. The beds were soft and comfortable and the AC worked fantastically! All staff were very kind and accommodating.

The driveway to the hotel, for being an 8 floor hotel with a lot of rooms, is ridiculously small. We had taken an Uber from the airport and there was barely enough room for the driver to drop us off. Once slightly annoying other aspect was the elevators. They work just fine, but you must use your key card to make the elevators work at all times. Sometimes that was a little clumsy, but I appreciate the safety feature of it.
