This lovely, modern hotel is located directly across from the train station, and just a few minutes from Delft's centrum. Breakfast was excellent and so was customer service. This specific establishment will please people who are self-conscious about our planet and the environment. The room key is reprogrammable and made of wood instead of plastic, there is a shower aerator and a reminder to save water, etc. The view was fantastic from our 10th floor room, and there were plenty of nooks on main floor to have a drink, coffee or simply to lounge around during day time. A beautiful property!

It was great. Location is very safe, unlike in any other city where a hotel at a station screams danger. Since it's not only a hotel there were an immense amount of facilities. Everything you ever want to do was there. You could also leave your bag on the day you checked out which was great.

I lost my key and called twice in the morning. they just said they didn't find anything right off the bat. I knew I left it there so I fysically went back and a new guy said: 'Yes ofc let me look in the lost & found' 2 sec later he came with my key. Sad that the personnel didn't want to check the box in the morning. It would've saved me a lot of stress.

The Social Hub is a very lively place with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Reception staff friendly and supportive. Keep it like this.

I really like the social hub and I have given it very good reviews in the past, but this time there were a couple of things I need to comment on. First, our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, someone passed by and sort of fixed the bed (not completely) and nothing else. I had to ask them the next day to come and fix it, not sure if they would have come. Also, one detail in the room (1003) is that the ceiling has stains, like from humidity or something and this does not look good, given that the rest of the room feels modern, clean and cozy.

The staff. Every single person -- from the restaurant to the check in area to housekeeping -- they were all friendly and eager to help a guest. It is a busy hotel, right across from the main train station, but we felt recognized and cared for by the staff. I loved that we could easily use their laundry facilities (reserving machines from our phones) and that the restaurant was open during early and late hours.

I only wish we could have stayed longer. We needed more than two nights to explore all of Delft and the staff at The Social Hub took such good care of us that we wished we could have stayed the whole week!

I had an amazing corner room on the 6th floor with a great view over a magnificent red brick church amidst the "volks" neighbourhood the Hof van Delft in the distance. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful too, right next to the beautiful Delft Central Station by Mecanoo architects. Some details in the room were welcome like coffee, water, tea and even a note pad and pen to work with. I was happy with the friendliness of the staff and very thankful for the help when I arrived. Even though I was feeling asocial they were very kind to me.

There were some guests three doors up that were quiet noisy. I heard them banging on their hotel room door at 1.30 and then 2 am. I don't know how many people were staying there, the rooms are small. I also prefer to have some easy access to outdoor space, you have to go downstairs by lift to get outside. I stayed in the cafe the next day to work. Twice my order was forgotten but I realized later I was still charged... I think it might be less a social hub and more of a commercial hub haha.But there are things that are special too that you don't get everywhere else and an effort is made to rise above the standard, also with the food quality.

- Had an unpleasant smell right before going to bed, not sure where it came from. I first thought it is coming from the bed, but bed was clean. Maybe it was AC, or maybe someone was smoking in another room? It was temporary and I didn't notice it the next day when I woke up or when I came back to the room later.

Excellent location right by the station for sightseeing. Loved the fresh openness and excellent breakfast. Staff super friendly. Definitely stay there again. Parked car in Prinsenhof garage as recommended for €19.50 for 24hrs. Drive right to the end of parking and take lift up then only 10 mins on foot to Social Hub. We also used the secure bike parking under station by Social Hub. Used the guarded one which locks overnight.

The bathroom with shower is a little small. Can’t fault anything else.

Good location, very friendly, nice to have a gym, Room was comfortable and bathroom was small but toiletries were a nice touch. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Left luggage service was helpful. Quirky with bright colours and nice public areas

Room was a little hot and ac kept turning off but it wasn't too bad and didn't ask how it worked which we could have. Limited selection of pastries at coffee shop so went somewhere else on second morning.

The staff had some of the most competent and empathetic people I've seen in any hotel; they were extremely pleasant and far surpassed my expectations. The room was also very comfortable

The counting of used water, although understandable, is not very pleasant, especially since there is not explicit information about it or what it could imply in the price

Great location next to the station on the edge of the beautiful old town. I had a big room on the tenth floor with a great view and it was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and - like the rest of the hotel - stylish. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't dislike it - it's attractive and fun - but I guess not everyone will be comfortable with the decor and generally "youthful vibe" in the communal areas.
