This lovely, modern hotel is located directly across from the train station, and just a few minutes from Delft's centrum. Breakfast was excellent and so was customer service. This specific establishment will please people who are self-conscious about our planet and the environment. The room key is reprogrammable and made of wood instead of plastic, there is a shower aerator and a reminder to save water, etc. The view was fantastic from our 10th floor room, and there were plenty of nooks on main floor to have a drink, coffee or simply to lounge around during day time. A beautiful property!

Staying at 'The Social Hub' was the best choice ever!! Situated right in front of the central station of Delft and the bus station. So the location is excellent!!!. Downtown Delft is only a 10 minute walk. Here you can find excellent shopping, supermarkets, cinema and theatre. Also lots of small restaurants!!. The Hub itself is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and they're very safe. We must honestly say that a regular room for 2 persons is a bit small, but we upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette. We could easily fit a one person bed next to the double bed, and it was perfect for the 3 of us. (3 adults) This to dutch standards. The lobby is a nice place to sit, listen to very good music, meet people, and have a small snack or a drink. They also have a restaurant where you can sit and have a nice meal. There is a laundromat, small gym, rooms to have meetings, and also a space for games and social activities. What we liked and appreciated the most of "The Social Hub" is its personnel. My husband got ill in the middle of the night, and it was no problem to help us find a doctor. The ambulance personnel had easy access to our room. The day after, they paid meaningful attention to us, which we appreciated very much. We would like to give our thanks and appreciation to all working at 'The Social Hub' Delft. A very special thanks to Ms. Darla, for making us feel so special and at home. Excellent and very special treatment. We made some new friends there for sure!! Thank you very much!!

The hotel is in the center of Delft, next to the central station, and few hundred meters away from the oldtown city center. We really liked the city, and the view from our top floor rooms was awesome! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and flexible with us. The bathroom was well equipped, and they provided some free water bottles and coffee/tea filters as well as a kettle. The bed was good as well I think. The price-value felt really good, I can recommend the hotel for couples and for bigger groups as well :)

I know that these are not apartments, but there were shared kitchens on every floor with fridge and microwave, and the hotel guests can not use them with their keycards (idk who can). It would be really nice to allow them to do so, since it wouldn't be too much effort, and we would have appreciate to use the fridge. The parking nearby is horribly expensive, and the hotel doesn't have their own parking lot neither. But I guess this is the average in the Netherlands anyway. The AC was very uneffective, and only one small window was openable. But its not too hot in the country so it was acceptable.

Excellent location. We were on the top (10th) floor, in a corner room with stunning views. Opposite the train station. Lovely shampoo and conditioner products. Love the social hub vibe. The continental breakfast was amazing but the hot choice was limited. Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away, Pavarotti's in the old rain station was very good. City centre was an easy walk away. Would thoroughly recommend a boat trip around the canals of Delft. Kettle in room with filter coffee bags and various tea options.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. We were in a Kingssize room but 1/3 of the bed was unusable. Hopefully they will change this.

Location was fantastic — the first building you see when exiting Delft train station. Room was very minimalistic in a good way. Definitely a great location for a short stay. Walkable to main square and great restos.

Requested days in advance for our two rooms to be located near to each other, checked in approximately one hour after check-in time and was originally assigned rooms on level 2 and 7. Spent about 20 mins at reception for them to move bookings around and was told, you should have checked in earlier if you had such a request. Idgi but ok. Bins were not emptied in one of our rooms when we checked in (rest of rooms were impeccably cleaned though, so probably just an oversight). Paid for late check-out (25 euros for a two-hour extension) but housekeeping wasn’t aware. Housekeeping staff were very sweet and polite while checking with us so it’s more of a front desk issue.

Crew were very nice. I forgot to get the name of the lovely lad who helped me charge my phone even after checkout, because I forgot my adaptor. Location is perfect - beside the train station and short walk to attractions, yet quiet. Nice little touches in the room - a variety of filter coffee and tea, power socket with usb, device to measure water consumption in the shower. My room is on top floor with 5 windows giving a 180ish view of the town. There’s a gym, washing machines and cool seating and work spaces.

A bit of delay in the turn over of room. There’s 2 of us waiting for checkin past 3pm. With such size of hotel, somehow there’s probably some vacant rooms so don’t have to wait for cleaning to finish? Anyway I liked the room I got. Can’t seem to control the water temp. It goes back to hot even if I dial it down. Looks like there’s only one lift and there’s high demand for it including the cleaners so it’s very slow. Wouldn’t mind the “free workout stairs” but not with luggage.

It was great. Location is very safe, unlike in any other city where a hotel at a station screams danger. Since it's not only a hotel there were an immense amount of facilities. Everything you ever want to do was there. You could also leave your bag on the day you checked out which was great.

I lost my key and called twice in the morning. they just said they didn't find anything right off the bat. I knew I left it there so I fysically went back and a new guy said: 'Yes ofc let me look in the lost & found' 2 sec later he came with my key. Sad that the personnel didn't want to check the box in the morning. It would've saved me a lot of stress.

Location next to train station and a few minutes walk to most historic sights. As expected for this brand downstairs reception area very well designed welcoming with cafe bar and break out seating and work areas. Reception could benefit from a more clearly delineated area. But well staffed and efficient as was the luggage storage Room spacious with wide city views. Again well designed functional albeit the lighting a bit quirky. Very clean with comfortable bed and linens. Fast wifi Minor but the one lift often busy or with gremlins stopping at every floor with no one there. Would definitely stay again

The Social Hub is a very lively place with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Reception staff friendly and supportive. Keep it like this.

I really like the social hub and I have given it very good reviews in the past, but this time there were a couple of things I need to comment on. First, our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, someone passed by and sort of fixed the bed (not completely) and nothing else. I had to ask them the next day to come and fix it, not sure if they would have come. Also, one detail in the room (1003) is that the ceiling has stains, like from humidity or something and this does not look good, given that the rest of the room feels modern, clean and cozy.

The staff. Every single person -- from the restaurant to the check in area to housekeeping -- they were all friendly and eager to help a guest. It is a busy hotel, right across from the main train station, but we felt recognized and cared for by the staff. I loved that we could easily use their laundry facilities (reserving machines from our phones) and that the restaurant was open during early and late hours.

I only wish we could have stayed longer. We needed more than two nights to explore all of Delft and the staff at The Social Hub took such good care of us that we wished we could have stayed the whole week!
