It’s a great location and super close to the start of the USA TRIATHLON national championships. I stayed at the Westin in 2023 also

When I tried to check in, it declined my credit card. I called the bank. Everything was fine with my card. There was no restrictions no blocks. We tried it again. Their system still declined it. I borrowed a friend card and although it did not take any quantity of money out of her card, it blocked her card from being used since it was a deposit. I don’t understand that situation at all, it’s very confusing, especially since my form of payment was perfectly fine. This came at the end of traveling all the way from Hawaii, which takes quite a few hours and no sleep.

Location wise is great. It's very close to the lakefront, the MKE Art museum and other places. The hotel is nice and clean. The food at Stella Van Buren, the hotel restaurant is was good. I also liked that there is a Colectivo Coffee shop and other restaurants within the building.

In general, the hotel was good, my only complaint is about the pillows quality. I couldn't sleep well because the poor neck support, I woke up around 2am every night I spent there because of neck pain.

Wonderful, clean beds. Great location to walk to Irish Fest, discovery Museum, Harbor House or Public Market. Heather was a great welcome: friendly and telling us things we can see and do. Great little coffee shop (not open weekends) on the galleria crossway. Nice lobby with fireplace to chill.

The grout in bathroom needs a good scrub, and the tile baseboards. Rest of the bathroom was clean. Some debris in the carpet the vacuum cleaner didn't pick up.

Westin location was great. a bit busy with all the Summerfest traffic and attendees. Weather made it a very walkable location. Lakefront from the Oak Trail to Riverwalk was doable, we are good walkers. Room was comfortable with the usual amenities. Enjoyed some free bottles of water from reception. Whiskey bar has a great collection.

Didn't eat any food so no opinion. Parking at valet is only onsite option, USBank has a cheaper option.

Check in time is listed 3pm-12am we arrived around 3:30pm and are room was not cleaned yet so we waited over a half hour which I have never seen that before so that was a bummer because we had plans to eat dinner before our event so that left us in a little bit of a time crunch. Fine

Valet service was extremely useful. I just wish they sent out an option to tip via card when they text you after they valet serves you. I never have cash on me and it is hard to get to the atm sometimes when you have plans. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both great.

It was beautiful! Very comfortable rooms. The elevator smelled like pot. The hallway smelled like vomit. Our bathroom floor didn’t look clean. Elevators were not clean. In spite of that, the location is great and we had a lovely stay!

Loved the location, close to the FEST Grounds. Thought all of the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful.

...maybe the valet could have had an additional helper on Sunday morning as people departed. He dis really well, just hard for one person to keep up.

Clean and comfortable. Close to Fistserv arena and several places to eat and entertain.

There is no indoor access to the parking deck next door. It was a bit tricky to find our way to the hotel in the winter weather.

From the moment we walked in we felt that the people who worked their cared about their jobs and took pride in the establishment!! Great staff from the valet to the maintenance to front desk staff and maid service! Everyone made us feel welcome!! Thank you thank you!
