The location is fabulous As were the staff. The only complaint that I have is that my room was next to the staffs room so constant slamming of the door until 11:00 p.m. and started again at 4:00 a.m. I would stay here again but I would request that I'm not put by the staffs or employees access room

Again the only thing I did not like was they have an employee's only area that was two doors down for my room and the staff went in and out of it until 11:00 p.m. and started again at 4:00 and they are not quiet they let that door slam so I did not get good sleep but other than that the room was great The View was great the location was great. Something else I didn't like was the temperature of the water in the shower it was extremely difficult to get to a decent temperature I'm surprised nobody has sued them for scalding hot water

I liked the fact that the property is where you can go shop and eat instead of driving off somewhere.

The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast was not good. The eggs and other food were cold, the waffles were very hard and you could not eat them. There was no option to make your own waffles, as a matter of fact, there wasn’t many options at all. I don’t eat eggs frittatas, especially with them being cold. Hopefully, you all will improve in this area because I didn’t spend all of my money to have cold breakfast food.

The property was very nice

The breakfast was horrible. It was NOT good! The waffles were so hard you could not cut them or eat them, the eggs were cold and some of the bacon was not done. I probably won’t stay here again unless they do something about the breakfast, MORE options to choose from. The Element is adjacent to one of THE most expensive hotels around and the breakfast was horrible…

very convenient location. very pretty.

parking was awful. it was hard to find a spot at any time during the day or night.

I absolutely looked the room which was the king suite and I mean beautiful & clean

The breakfast was very cold and the juices such as apple juice were hot. The check-in was ok because online told me one piece & their site never mention an extra $60 so I was very disappointed in that. The only lady that was very kind was Ms. Crystal the others may need to get some more training on how to interact with guest.

The breakfast was wonderful, as well as the breakfast attendees. Really all of the staff were wonderful! The room was very nice and clean, the view was great. The only thing was we had to wait 30-40 min to be able to check in, and the pool could have been cleaned better. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel was located in footsteps of shopping and movie theater. Loved the room with the hardwood floors and big window.

1. The bathroom needs a vent fan. 2. I arrived at 2 pm for 3 pm check-in and had to wait exactly until 3 pm to check-in. However, the staff member was nice enough to allow us to leave our luggage with her, and she provided us we a key to get in and out of the hotel.

The location was great too shopping and food.

Bed wasn't super comfortable.
