The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, in a very convenient location just behind the train station, close to the FlixBus stop and right next to the metro. Across the street, there is St. Paul's Church, a school, and a road with some excellent local breweries. The city center is only about 1.5 kilometers away. The well-known Augustiner-Keller beer garden is also very close by. You can find markets and cafés offering delicious treats from early in the morning. Unfortunately, we didn’t have breakfast included, so I can’t evaluate that part.

Everything is perfect 💯

Tranquil street. The hotel is conveniently located next to a restaurant and a café. A shopping centre is also nearby, featuring a supermarket and various shops. My room had an enormous balcony - it was meant for smokers, but fortunately, none were around. I also took advantage of the paid late check-out option.

The rooms haven't been renovated for a while, and it shows. You can expect this when travelling on a budget. Bear in mind that you are very close to the cathedral, and the sound of the bells every hour might be a problem if you need to catch up on sleep during the day. Fortunately, there were external blinds for better soundproofing.

In our trip there was me and my wife, three adult children with theirs couples. Also one year baby. We left from Tre-Pirkkala airport, its so easy for everything with trip. Hotell Fidelio was perfect to us. About 700 m. from Central railway station. Nearest metro, Theresienwise (U4 and U5) is 150 m from hotell. We used only metros. There is a group day ticket for 5 peoples, cost 12-25 euros, depending how far away you want to go. In city ceter you need cheapest one. From airport you must take that expensive one. Trains S1 and S8 goes to Railway station. To city it takes 45 minutes. The breakfast was perfect, one of the best, we have had in this room price category. Monday-friday its serves at 06.30-10.00 and weekends 07.30-10.00. Rooms were clean and toilet/ shower room was like brand new. The clening was every day if you want. All the rooms are in patio side,so there is no traffic noise, only St Pauls church plays bells very often😁 In the reception there is a little bar. If you have problems with walking, i think this is not your hotell. There is many stairs. From patio side you can use door, where you can go to elevator without any stairs. Its near by hotells garage. All the doors you can open with your room card. Fidelios staff was good. Specially the male reception, who was really nice and was intrested in our well-being. Last morning we didnt have time to normal breakfast so we got breakfast packages with us, brilliant activity. I asked those packages. In 4. floor there is a terrace for 10 people, you can also smoke there. About 350 m from hotell there is shopping center Forum. There is Lidl, Edeka and many other shops and restaurants. Just by hotell there are 4-5 places where you can eat and drink. We ate many times something little in Main railway station. I think this hotell is perfect choise , if you want to get good basic quality. I would come again to this hotell.

I was pleased for everything.

The staff was so friendly and helpful every time we need something. The location of the hotel was very close to the city centre and we could go by walk to most of the attractions. The money we paid for the stay was worth every penny as we also add the breakfast for quite a good price. If we come back to Munich, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Honestly, most of the key points for a pleasant stay were ticked off the list and I would suggest to keep doing the job you are all doing, because it is already greatbthe whole service.

There was no AC, but the fan was present. It did a great job of cooling us and the room. Since the nights are a bit chilly, we just left the window open for the night, and the temperature inside became perfect! The breakfast offers a variety of choices, including pastries, vegetables, ham and cheese, yogurts, eggs, sausages, and more. The location is very good, close to the train station, the metro, and the bus station.

The room probably needs a bit of renovation (at least new wallpaper).

Great location, close to the main train station and 500 meters from Oktoberfest. Close to subway stops too so you could get to the Old Town in a few stops. Looks dated but rooms are updated and clean. A good mid budget value. Breakfast included and open early on weekdays which is good if you have an early tour booked. Good value for what we we were looking for- close to Oktoberfest since we only had a couple of days and easy to find from the train station and walkable to any necessary stores. We booked based on reviews here so paying it forward to also recommend.

No complaints but people who are not as physically mobile may not like walking upstairs and then down to get to the elevator in the back of the hotel.

The hotel location is close to the metro station. The room was very clean and they changed the towels every day. I think the breakfast suits all tastes. Nothing, everything is fine

Everything was fine. I read most of the reviews before I booked this hotel .Fortunately I didn’t get any negative experience like a noise and non secure area. I liked the hotel and my room. It was small but cozy. The pillows were too soft but I slept like a baby. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and friendly. I left my luggage in the hotel after checking out-they looked after it. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the old town. Other side of the church was Octoberfest area. The train station is 7 minutes away . I went to Motor museum 12 minutes away from the hotel. Opposite the hotel was nice Bavarian pub, I had a good dinner there.

Only negative thing was WiFi. My room was on the 1st floor and very close to the breakfast room where the WiFi router is. Unfortunately my WiFi signal was quite weak if I was using it in my room. If I wanted a good signal I had to stand by my door and hold my phone . If I stepped 2 steps back to my room or sit down in my bed, the signal went very bad.

Room was lovely. Location was great. Very close to Hbf.

I was temporarily disabled due to a broken foot, so I was limited to more or less wheelchair accessibility. They have an accessible entrance in the back, where the elevator is, but instead of telling us that, they sent us back there through a maze of staircases to get there. I had to hobble up and down the stairs while my friend had to carry my accessibility device. The proper thing to do would be to give us the information from the get-go. They did, however, find a tire pump to help me re-pump my flattened wheel on my accessibility device.

Breakfast was really great, lots of choices. Perfect location, its 15 mins for walking directly to Marienplatz, 2 mins walking to U-bahn Theresienwiese, 5min walk from Munich ZOB bus central. The room is light, clean, bed comfortable. We were really glad after long travelling by bus, we enjoyed staying there, get rest enough for our next travelling. We will come again and sure will choose this hotel for our next journey.
