The location was close to Conway, but not in a super busy area. The staff was extremely nice and the restaurant on property was great.

I didn’t realize that we wouldn’t be staying at the main resort but instead at the nearby ski area building buildings. It was still fine, but just didn’t know that would be the case.

I love the mountain. I love the trails. I love the fact that we can come in a big group and have the entire building.

In the past, we had meals provided in our building for us. It would be nice to have that option again. It would also be nice to have a shuttle from the buildings to the mountain.

The front desk person called us to insure our check in would go smoothly. She went out of her way to help us, including finding an off-season swimsuit from another resort property for my forgetful husband. This made a huge difference in his first outing since foot and knee orthopedic surgeries. Very accommodating staff and a beautiful setting!

The lake is spectacular. It has a nice sandy beach. Although I was not traveling with children, I intend to return with my grandchildren. There are lots of recreational opportunities right there.

It's a small thing, but they could upgrade the game room: darts for the dart board and chips for the jumbo connect four game.

The staff were amazing. They don't stay through the night, but since I was meant to arrive late, they called me ahead of time and made arrangements how I would get my keys and car tag. They even left instructions on how I would get to my room. Awesome and very considerate service.

The rooms never had any microwave heater which can be very helpful. The cottages are kind of scattered. I guess they don't provide the map in the late arrival package. If you plan to arrive late, please request a map. It will save you some trouble.

The staff was phenomenal & helpful. Would definitely come back. Beautiful location!

I would have liked a different room. Ours was not what I was thinking. But we were there for only one night. The cord for the lamp went between the box spring and mattress of the single bed, which didn't feel safe.

Very relaxing and enjoyable with the kids

Things were a bit spread out - had to drive to the beach and restaurant from the condo

Beds and linens and room amenities are excellent. Decor could be updated a little. Staff are lovely and location is very handy for us to drop kids to camp

I think decor needs a facelift

Absolutely gorgeous outlook over the lake - the restaurant food was beautiful and the staff were so friendly.

Very nice amenities, great area and overall location.

It would have been nice if amenities like the pool or hot tub did not close so early.
