The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is pretty decent for a free meal and much better than most that I have been to. One day they had small egg and cheese onelettes, just egg and cheese but they went well with the sausage links. I wish they had these every morning. Other days it was just fried eggs and sausage. Overall I felt much safer staying here than at the Super 8 down the road.

The air unit in our room (room 212) did not work very well during the day. Woke up sweating each day. Adjusting the thermostat sometimes got it working better but not much. At night it would freeze you put though.

Weekend getaway with our 12 yr old granddaughter and men in plain sight holding beer cans in lobby. Smoking right outside if lobby people had to walk through that to get in. And we stayed on 2nd floor light fixtures just hanging off the wall wires exposed our room had a hole in the wall. Room numbers were taped with painters tape on the door. Just make us wonder how that passed health or fire inspection with exposed electrical wire. And heated pool...someone had the door propped open with a rock so it was cold in that room kind of defeated the purpose of heated pool. My granddaughter was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was not that good, the only thing I enjoyed was the one thing they didn’t make, waffles from the waffle maker.

The beds are very high, difficult for an elderly person to get up on, there were only 2 tiny trash cans, which fill up quickly. The pillows were square and small, I asked for extra pillows, which I got, they were normal size. The staff was very helpful. All in all, I would give them a 6 on breakfast, and a 7 on the room. We didn’t use the pool, no time!

Room was nice clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was not friendly. Woman at the front desk bordered on rude. She was more interested in sitting outside on the curb smoking cigarettes and looking at her phone. I never saw her smile once. My greeting was a terse can I help you. She would never have worked for me. The gal who ran the breakfast area was also not very friendly.

The bed was comfortable,the staff was friendly and professional,the TV picture quality and channel selection was good.

Bathtub standing area wasn't clean,7 the privacy curtains in room window weren't hung correctly, the hand sanitizer dispenser in elevator was empty during my stay, breakfast hot items selection was limited

It was extremely spacious having the double bed with the pull out couch. A lot of room to move around. I also loved that they had an indoor pool. We was actually really close to checkout time and they still let us utilize the pool before it was time to head home. Staff was very friendly and even offered to help me when I was having difficulty pushing the luggage cart with my baby in my arms. Overall great experience especially after a horrible hotel experience in a different hotel. It felt like heaven here.

The locks were just a tad bit confusing and sensitive but I really don't have any complaints.

Loved they had a pool and were decently priced. Their towels were soft which was a plus. Our room wasnt clean and it was going to be a 25 minute wait and he could see my husband struggling to contain our toddler in the lobby, they ended up upgrading us no charge! We were beyond grateful for their professionalism and how they handled the lack of clean rooms. Def will be staying again!

It is right next to the highway and our window was facing it. At night you could hear semi trucks they were obnoxiously loud and using engine breaks. Although i slept through it. The cleaning crew seemed slow. When we got there 50% of the rooms were NOT cleaned by 3:50pm and check in is 3pm. When i went to the pool i asked for towels and they said they were completely out. Our stay was during spring break weekend so i didnt mind and understood but was honestly my only grievance.

Thank you needed some extra things for breakfast. There was a sausage patties. And then they had some waffles maybe some biscuits and gravy attitude that maybe some tater tots or hashbrowns

Really wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like. I did speak to the receptionist that morning to add on a crib and when I got there later that evening, it wasn’t in the notes so I had to wait for the gentleman that was working the front to get a hold of his boss so I took a little bit to get the crib, the pack and play which was very dirty so that was the only thing that really bothered me. Everything else was great.

We always enjoy comfort suites , even the cleaning lady was very sweet when we was checking out. The beds pillows shower pressure an good breakfast was key things for us.

We were satisfied with everything at the hotel no issues

•I had my sons 9th birthday here, no problems •check in was smooth- no holding fee- clean lobby • I got a suite room very clean & spacious- bathrooms are nice & updated- pull out couch in living room could sleep 2-4 along with 2 queen beds in separate bedroom •pool clean & nice size, gym clean & nice size •lobby clean

•Staff weren’t the friendliest! Kind of felt rushed. •I was on the 4th floor the hallway smelled Kind of mildew like. but walking into the room was very fresh.
