The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, at 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Oberkampf and Parmentier metro stations. The room we booked was very cosy, clean and tidy. Even the view from the window was particularly pleasant and characteristic. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom/toilet was new, clean and equipped with a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful. The lady at the reception can also speak Italian.

No real negative feedbacks. The hall of the hotel looks a bit old-fashioned, but the room we stayed in was very modern and pleasant.

Rooms are newly renovated and beautiful. The train metro station is so close and there are so many eateries nearby

One staff member who was always sulking at me. Looks at me with dislike and very rude whenever talking to me. In my opinion he is racist. I have stayed in this hotel several times over a period of three years. For all this time the same staff member has been very rude to me

this hotel is a convenient solution if you're looking for a last minute budget option in Paris. If you have read the reviews, which you always should before booking a property, you really can't say you didn't know what to expect. Now is it a great hotel? No. But it was clean, the staff was friendly, the elevator worked when I was there, it's centrally located in a lively neighbourhood close to 2 different metro stations and it's surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and bars.

Visually this place is the opposite of modern and stylish so if you care about that kind of stuff definitely do not stay here. The worst thing and reason why I would probably not stay here again is the tiny shower with the clingy shower curtain.

This review is based on price. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated. It is not luxury but is clean and offers good value for money. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked good, and we would have it if we stayed there again. The older man at reception wasn't particularly friendly at check-in but the younger man later that evening and in the morning was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and close to the 96 bus which is a handy bus to get to many of Paris' sights. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very central, close to metro stations, and a short ride away from major sights of the city. There are lots of amenities close by. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

Breakfast was a bit basic.

I liked that our night guard (K.A.) was very kind, professional and attentive to all of our needs. The look of the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the dining room looks really nice and modern.

I didn't like that the breakfast had only gem and butter and no cheese. But other than that, the breakfast was very good, it had 3 containers of gem, 4 slices of butter, 1 baguette, 1 croissant, 1 carafe of orange juice and 2 coffees of choice from an espresso machine for 2 people.

Great location for getting metro/buses around Paris or walking to the Seine 30 minutes. Lots of bars, bistros and restaurants around hotel. Hotel room compact but newly decorated/fitted very clean and comfortable in a lovely traditional french building. Main areas of reception a little tired looking but would still book again.

We loved this hotel, it was so laid back, great value for money, such a comfortable room and the situation was perfect. Wonderful bars and restaurants nearby and a fantastic bakery, so close to the metro. If you're used to very fancy, this isn't for you, but if you want to see Paris on a slightly smaller budget, this hotel is perfect. We definitely want to go back, a wonderful break!

Nice, clean, room. The front desk lady was friendly and spoke English. Good location. Pleasant neighborhood.

Sorta odd (to me) system where you have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave and pick it back up again when you get back, with a front door to the hotel that was also locked. The desk claimed to be 24/7 to facilitate this, but I had to wait outside the building at one point and be let in by a non-english speaking maid who couldn't really help me. The male desk clerk was a bit rude to deal with. Also an impractically small shower.

Adele the boy at the reception was so friendly and had a lovely manner the lady refreshing the room was a lovely polite lady overall lovely place except for another lady at reception spoke very loud and she was only ok to be honest wouldn't really call her a business woman our room was perfect very clean lots of street noise but would except that been in busy paris thank you Adele you made our stay very pleasant 😊
